Abismal. I will try to keep this short despite a laundry list of concerns, but the highlights include: 1. I filed a claim for damaged items and have heard nothing in response. Nothing. I just called and was told, "Theres no manager here. When she gets here Ill see what I can do and hopefully call you back." Terrible customer service. 2. They delivered several damaged items including broken serving wear, broken picture frames, a rug that was not rolled and wrapped and instead balled up and delivered like a moving blanket with dirt and stains all over it, and our 4 upholstered dining room chairs that were not wrapped or handled carefully and now have handprints and dirt all over the seats and backs. I had a upholstery cleaner come and they said its unlikely the stains will come out. (I had the cleaner come... Not the moving company, as they promise in their contract and paperwork). 3. On move in day, they arrived more than 3 hours late (so we started moving in after 3 p.m. and not at 11 or 12 like they had told us). Things were running so far behind and they were so understaffed that my husband, my friend, my 70 year old father, and myself at 22 weeks pregnant, had to help unload boxes for several hours. 4. They lost our King mattress and it took several days for them to find it and deliver it. So we didnt have a bed. Zero apologies and nothing as far as an attempt to make it right. 5. Despite it being a part of our quote and the service we requested, the movers strongly resisted the idea that it was their job to put back together the beds they had disassembled during the move. This added hours to the already long day and my husband ultimately had to help them. 6. On both dates of our move OUT and move IN, we were quoted a certain number of hours with 3 movers. Both times, only 2 guys showed up and the amount of time it took to move went way over the estimate, meaning we were charged much more. 7. They brought a small truck and couldnt fit all of our stuff in it, so had to go back to the warehouse to unload and then back to fill up again. We were charged for the time it took them to drive to and from the warehouse - so an additional almost two hours at over $100/hour because they didnt have a truck large enough to fit our things from our 3 bedroom bungalow. 8. Snotty responses and unapologetic communication. Dealing with them after the fact has been a nightmare, as they dont follow up, dont respond, and we are often told that there is no management at the office for us to speak to. This is the 4th time Ive moved in 8 years, and Ive hired everyone from the top of the line movers to two guys and a truck off of Craigs List. I can honestly say that their professionalism, treatment of our possessions, and overall service has been the worst and most concerning, by FAR.

FAIL AT BEING GOOD MOVING COMPANY. In a very stressful move, these guys were taking pictures of the views and mountains, video taping the area, and wasting time instead of figuring out a better plan. At least 3 days prior to the move, we requested that the truck would need chains to get to the new house. They assured us that was not a problem. You would think a moving company, in a place where there is snow and mountains, would one research where they are moving things to before saying they can do it and two have proper equipment to move to these certain places. After packing our old house they told me they had to go find chains on their way to the new house. We are paying them for their time to find chains when we requested it days before and they said theyd have them? Then the truck couldnt make it to the house. They started to carry our boxes/furniture up the very steep driveway, in the snow.. chancing falling and damaging our stuff. They finally accepted our recommendations of getting a smaller (12ft) shuttle truck (with chains on all tires) for the next day. When they came the next day, they didnt put any chains on the shuttle (17ft) truck. They called and said this truck wont make it up... I asked if they had chains on and they said no. I said "I told you chains need to be on all tires". So they had to waste MORE time and OUR money to go find chains again. Then they only put chains on 2 tires and STILL couldnt get up our driveway. They wasted time on the phone and telling me that chains arent going to help and finally went again to get more chains to put on the rest of the tires (like we said from the start). What do you know.. after chaining ALL tires, they made it up our driveway. Then they starting rushing to bring all our stuff in, first asking me where to place boxes etc.. then started to place things where ever they felt. After we thought they finished and giving them all generous tips and pizza/soda they LEFT at least 5 mats down our driveway. They didnt put our bed together correctly and they either STOLE irreplaceable items that were made by artists specifically for us or they left them in the truck and didnt call to tell us. Who knows where those things are now! I can buy another chair or pairs of shoes... but to steal, lose, or leave behind memorable items that cant be replaced is NOT ok. Find another moving company!! Calls and messages were left. Sabrina hasnt returned our call. But I would love to hear from the owner. Please contact me by phone and not through this review. Thank you.

They moved us on September 26th, 2016. This was quite possibly the WORST experience and I would highly recommend using another company. There were supposed to be 4 guys but only 3 showed up. The main guy who was supposed to be the boss, Eddie, spent more time on his phone talking to his girlfriend while the other 2 loaded. Once we got to our new house in Elizabeth, Eddie was drunk. He began talking terrible to one of the other guys and wanted to fight him. The other guy (whom did nothing wrong) kept apologizing as this other guy was using profanity and would not leave him alone. This lasted a few hours. Eddie was so drunk that he insisted on lifting a safe door by himself which he almost walked through a window, that he thought was a door. He was shoving the other workers while they were carrying our furniture. He was dropping furniture all throughout our house and items that were labeled were not put where they were supposed to be. I had to leave because it was so uncomfortable. After I left the 2 guys ended up getting into a fight rolling around our property. My husband had had enough of Eddies mouth and told the other worker to go for it. My husband took video of the entire fight and we even sent it to the company. By the end of the day, our garage was filled with items that were supposed to be in rooms. It was a disaster. We had damaged furniture, items everywhere. Thankfully my children were not there. We contacted the company several times and were supposed to have been issued a credit which we have yet to see. They offered to have a company come out and repair what was damaged but we run 2 businesses and are very busy and truly dont have time to wait at home for someone to fix it. Choose another moving company.
