I have used Cowboy Moving & Storage for years and will recommend them to everyone. They have always been there for me and my family. Because of this and due to the emergency situation for getting my mom moved from her apartment building, Cowboy Moving & Company was my first and only call. It started with Jean A in the office who helped get a storage unit onsite for my moms belongings and get the moving crew to come help pack up the apartment and move her belongings in a one day short notice. The crew they sent was Agustin (Auggie), Alfredo G and Mike M. When they arrived, they assessed what needed to be packed and got started right away. They packed everything with care as if it was their own property and assured my mom that everything would be taken care of and she would have no worries. As the day progressed, we all realized it was going to take an extra day to finish the move so they contacted the office and took care of the arrangements. Ive worked with Auggie before on several moves I had at my home. Hes a great guy, very professional, has a great sense of humor and gets the job done so I was very happy to have him on this move for my mom. This was the first time I worked with Alfredo and Mike and I cant say enough because they were great, professional and a great sense of humor too. These three guys make a great team and I will be happy to have them do all of my moves in the future. Because of the situation for the move, having this team made the packing and moving days a lot better and easier plus they treated my mom as if she was their own family. Thats how I feel about this team and the company too because they have been there to assist me and my family every time it was needed. Thank you Agustin, Alfredo, Mike, Jean and the Cowboy Moving & Storage team!!!

During our move, 3 pieces of furniture were damaged. I was told by our movers that the office would be in contact on Tuesday as we moved over the holiday weekend. I called on Wednesday after not getting a call back and was told that they would work on my Potterybarn Chaise and it shouldnt take long, my desk (real wood) not particle board was destroyed. They said that they thought they would be able to fix it and I informed them that it would n ever be fixed to my satisfaction. The manager, Mike who I had to call 3 times finally told me all he was liable for was $60.00. I said that wasnt acceptable and he finally said he would split the cost of a new desk which would make his portion $300.00. My 2-year old leather sectional was also torn in the move and after almost 3 weeks of back and forth he informed me that he was offering $120 because his repair guy didnt think he could repair it to my satisfaction and that I should just go find someone. I have every email that I sent and the manager, Mike has no regard for customer service. His comment is this is all I am responsible for.... Well your employees admitted they loaded the truck incorrectly and yet he does not stand behind his employees. If you have things you dont want destroyed go with someone else because all they are responsible for is pennies on the dollar.

We were extremely worried that our fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment would not fit into the 16ft POD we were using to move our belongings across the country. We reached out to Debbie H. (Office Staff) to explain we needed individuals with skill at puzzling large furniture (overstuffed large couch, washer/dryer, King bed) in a timely manner (as POD was scheduled to pick up a few hours after the movers arrived). Dominic M. and Darian W. (Movers) arrived on time, surveyed the move, asked great questions about logistics, and started right away. Both men were polite, funny and incredible at moving heavy pieces down two flights of stairs. Dominic M. was the puzzle master, he primarily stayed in the POD fitting our items into all available space and ensured each item (boxes, bulk, grill, bike, etc) were secure for transport using ropes and extra boxes. After Dominic M.s amazing work several feet of space were remaining in the POD. Working with Dominic M. and Darian W. made our move from CO to CT smoother. I hope our movers on the move-in end are equally adept and friendly as Dominic M. and Darian W. Dominic M. and Darian W. and Debbie H. - thank you!

The entire moving experience with Cowboy Moving and Storage was amazing. From the start it was a pleasant experience, they called a few days before the move was scheduled. They also sent an email stating that they would be coming and who they would be sending, with pictures attached. Forrest, Alejandro and Agustin were The Most amazing guys!! They were professional, fun, upbeat and amazing at their job! I would recommend these three gentlemen over and over again! I really can not say enough about these guys. Thank you three so much for all of your hard work. The office staff I talked to was great as well. I spoke with Debbie a couple of times and she was so nice. If youre looking to move, please consider this company. I am totally satisfied with everything that theyve done for me. I will use them again the next time I need to move! Thank you to all of the staff that was involved with this move. Forrest, Augustine and Alejandro, I hope you guys know how much I appreciated you! First time using cowboy moving in was one of the WORST moving companies I have ever dealt with! Customer service was very horrible I scheduled my moving through Sherry, she was very rude and unprofessional wanted to charge for the move more than the movers wrote! Debbie did not do her job too... she scheduled what I requested WRONG, a LOT of miss communication. When I called and scheduled her appointment she did not write down everything that Ive told her on the work order which slow down my moving process. The movers did not even call in and let me know that they were on their way my appointment was between 12-2pm, it got rescheduled from 2-3pm. Movers showed up at 2:48 never called. When the movers unassembled my couch they couldnt put it back together, 3 men couldnt figure it out! The movers were Mike Moore, Vincent & Dread. These guys need more training! If someone is trying to use cowboy moving do not use it, its overpriced, there are moving companies that are cheaper than them and have better customer service!!!

Warning!! This is absolutely the worst movers in Denver!! My wife and I just completed the worst move of our life having used Cowboy Moving. The lead person, who packed the three trucks, was literally incoherent most of the day and finally the company came to "not replace," but take him off the job so the other 8 guys could do their job. We utilized 3 trucks overall, and two of them were 13 minutes late.....of course we had to pay for that tardiness. Damage!! I have never seen anything like it.!! The repair guy for Cowboy is coming out next week to "fix" over 22 expensive pieces of furniture. Take my advice and use your college students before considering using Cowboy Moving. Oh yes, and the company had the audacity to bill me for their original quote amount. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and heartache. DONT CALL COWBOY FOR YOUR MOVE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE EXPENSIVE FURNITURE AND CARE ABOUT A QUALITY JOB.....
