Nice and easy! We moved from Colorado to Kansas, and the U-Pack/ABF team was superb. Reserved online and confirmed over the phone, then U-Pack dropped off the trailer at our old house and gave us a quick explanation of how everything would work. We loaded it and let them know when it was ready to go, they came and got it, drove it across Kansas and delivered it to our new house three days later, just when we wanted. We got it unloaded and they picked up the trailer without us even needing to be home. Oh, and by following their advice for how to load the trailer, nothing was damaged (well, a couple things that I didnt load properly got a couple minor dings, but thats totally my fault). Apparently, the drivers take care not to jostle the loads and risk damaging the cargo because everything was in the same condition as when I loaded it. Great service; much better price than full-service movers, and much less stress than having to drive big trucks ourselves! Highly recommend!!

Used U-Pack for an 1100 mile move using the relocubes. Could not be any happier. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and happy to help. Really easy to scheduled drop off and pick up, and you can track the progress online. Drivers were on time (Although they give you a 4 hour window and they will most likely be at the end of the window. But they were still within the time stated). All the stuff arrived exactly how it was packed with no damage. Only very minor shifting of a couple boxs which is to be expected. Cheaper than any of the other options we priced out and I didnt feel like I was getting nickle and dimed at every turn like another "pod" I was looking at. A+ for the whole experience, and would definitely use again.

Ive used them twice now and the service at both locations was excellent. We used both the cubes and the trailer and all were great. Granted, were talking moving here, so great is relative. I like the flexibility of the timing in both pick up and drop off as well as the time given to unpack. I learned a great deal about better ways to pack and investing in some moving blankets is definitely recommended as furniture just doesnt like being moved, period. I was definitely better at the packing the 2nd time around - I say wrap everything to avoid the damage that just the vibration of long haul movement can cause.

The drivers on both ends (pick up and drop off) were friendly and helpful. I had a contact person that I was able to communicate with throughout the process. We had to store our belongings for two months before we moved into the new home. We just called Upack, and they held on to our belongings until we were ready. They charged us monthly for the storage fee. I got an email confirming the charge before they processed it. There were no surprises. This was a very smooth process. We would recommend them over and over.

I was very pleased with every individual I came in contact with, from the customer service person on the phone to the truck drivers. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. They followed through with everything they said - except for the truck pick up in Colorado Springs, but that was quickly corrected with a phone call. I would highly recommend them.
