They should get a negative star rating. This company is horrible!!!! I was told the day before the movers arrived not to wrap any of my furniture, that the movers would do it for me. I had rented moving blankets from uhaul for a very reasonable price. When the movers arrived, I explained to them how important certain items (furniture) were to me & that I wanted them wrapped in the blankets. The movers disregarded my request & wrapped other items with my blankets. My furniture was then wrapped in "paper". I was told that they needed to use multiple sheets of it per item because it does not protect well. At the end of loading I asked for a receipt for services rendered & was told I would not be provided with one. The next day I was called by the subcontracting company who set up the move to inform me that I was being charged $500.00 for the paper that the movers used!!! I disputed this charge but didnt get far. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star on this rating, I would do so. This company has no respect for their customers - none. Do yourself a favor and find another company to spend your hard-earned money with. Not only do they not care about your business, they also have the worst customer service I have encountered. They dont show up when they say they will, when they do their staff is rude. When I called Rob, the manager, regarding my concerns with their service, he could have cared less. Save yourself the time and the frustration - go with a reliable company that actual wants to do their jobs.

I have never used a professional moving service before for the usual reasons - worrying about whether or not theyll show up, that all of my items will be destroyed, that Ill pay double than what I expected, etc. A. Alliance Moving made my moving experience a pleasure! They were friendly from the minute I called, the movers showed up on time, they were professional and FAST! My moving time was quoted between 3 and 5 hours and they had me moved out and in in 4 hours! Very happy with this company and the services I experienced - I would and DO recommend to anyone!

Awful! This company just did a corporate move for me from Colorado to Virginia and it was a nightmare. Three guys were supposed to come over at 8am but only two showed up at 10am for a large 3 BR house. Despite repeated assurances from their supervisor that hed send extra help, no one ever showed up. When our shipment arrived in Virginia, we were shocked to find how poorly our household goods were packaged and handled. Our damage claim will be in excess of $5k. Stay away from these guys!.

They are the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I would recommend NOT using them for you freight forwarding service. My item was in the same state and available for delivery and they scheduled the delivery for a week later way past the estimated delivery time. Then when the item arrived they would only set up delivery for a Tuesday or Thursday (4 hour time to wait) and failed to return phone calls.

We had a fridge delivered to our house by A Alliance and they damaged our wood floor in the process. They left a six inch dent/scratch when they moved it. We contacted the company about the damage and they took no responsibility for it! They wouldnt even send someone out to look at the damage! I would avoid this company at all costs!!!!!! Unless you want damage to your house that wont be repaired!!!

A Alliance moved me from Stapleton to the Highlands and did a great job! We had 3 guys load up our 4 bedroom home, with a full basement, and they made it look easy. At my new apartment complex, they handled everything with care, even dealing with elevators and stairwells, and completed the job in less time than they originally quoted. Very happy with their service and team.
