Ive purposefully waited a while to submit my review of our October 31st move in order to fully inspect our items and make sure I am portraying their services accurately and fairly. Halloween is a tough day to move and on the plus side, the crew was on time and ready to work. They sent an extra move person with the crew as a "courtesy" but in reality they really wanted to get done quicker to get their Halloween evening plans going. Fair enough... Expect damage if you have any larger items, or anything that requires any form of finesse to move. We had one piece that was difficult to move, and that was apparent from damage to both the piece of furniture and the wall(s) that the crew damaged. After multiple complaints they took care of the wall damages in our old house, however I paid out of my own pocket to fix the broken glass from our tv stand. No big deal, but as time goes on we find more damage from that day. I had casters on the bottom of an empty file cabinet snapped off and shoved into a laundry basket only to be found later. Whoever broke them knew about it, but didnt say a thing. We also ended up with trash from the move (their water bottles, tape measures, a hat etc) to cleanup. At the end of the day, our things were moved, but in all honesty for the prices they charge I would have expected more. Also felt a little odd at the end when the project lead presented the final bill and there is an immediate option to provide massive tips to the guys from his iPad screen... like 20-30-% of the total bill in the form of a tip... I declined that, and presented each guy with a cash tip, but you could tell they were hoping for much more. Just something to plan for and expect. Would I use them again... not likely unless I was in a really bad pinch and couldnt find another quality mover.

I had an amazing experience with You Move Me from start to finish! From the founders recording when you call them to the little gift they give you when theyre done WILDLY EXCEEDED expectations. I was moving from a house to an apartment about 25 miles away with a decent amount of furniture. My movers were Austin and Rhamel (I hope I spelled that right) and they were AMAZING. For every 1 thing I got into the truck, they would get like 5 things in there. He was able to move my heavy queen mattress up THREE flights of stairs ALONE. I wouldnt even have thought that was possible, to be honest. They were friendly, they were safe and courteous drivers and werent even phased by doing this a day after snowfall. Austin and Rhamel were super understanding about me having to stiff them on their tip because I was so broke, so THANKS GUYS, heres the review I promised Id give you instead. Furthermore, they arrived on time and came in way under their price estimate because they were so fast! I basically called them in a panic because of my poor planning for the move and had a SAME-DAY MOVE scheduled a few minutes later. As others have said, all my furniture was wrapped like it would have to survive re-entry into earths atmosphere and I think my stuff actually came out of their truck in better condition than it went in. Magic. The rate was a little more than a couple places, but this is a great example of "You get what you pay for." Having a flat travel fee was super cool too. Paid with a Square reader after everything was done. Thank you You Move Me, Austin and Rhamel. You have a lifetime customer. Ill recommend you to everyone I can. You didnt only save the day, you made my whole moving week amazing.

My move was nothing but a hassle. I had to move it 4 times because the home I was buying, the sellers kept moving the close. Ricky was EXTREMELY patient every time I had to call to move it and was just as easy to talk to via e-mail or the phone. Absolute professional and went above and beyond. Then the day of my move, the 3 gentlemen who came to move me (Tyler, Buster and Rob) could not have been nicer. They were professional, polite and fun to be around. They really did make moving fun! They offered to bring me coffee on their way and left me with a lovely plant when they were done. I was so impressed by their service from top to bottom. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family! YOU ROCK!

Jay Montgomery and his team of skilled movers did an excellent job of moving my family out of our 5 bedroom house and into another. We have a LOT of stuff, some of which is very awkward and/or heavy to move. Not only were they very good at their jobs, they each kept a great attitude through what turned out to be a long day. They kept smiling and working hard until the end of the 12 hour day. They even added an extra truck after we filled up the first two with no extra truck fee. Jay himself even stayed and moved alongside his team. I must say it again though, the best part of it all was their great / positive attitudes. They made an otherwise stressful event as good as it could be. Thanks guys!

You Move Me Denver was incredibly helpful with my move. I called them on very short notice, and they accommodated my schedule perfectly, and at a great price. Ricky Flores (general manager) and Tyler came out to help me move, and were professional and friendly from the start. Not only were the gentlemen great movers (safely handling all of my property), but they were respectful and fun to be around. Ive used other moving services in the past (both in and out of state), and this is the first review Ive chosen to write because Ricky and Tyler (as did the scheduling department) went above and beyond to make my move happen in a very short time frame. I couldnt be happier!

I have used these guys several times with know issues. Theyre on tome, efficient and honest. They treated my stuff and my family with utmost respect. On my latest move, a TV got broken, I was initially worried, but the general manager Ricky went out on the first business day after my move, brought me a brand new TV with the gift receipt from the store in case there were any problems. It was really above and beyond. They even took care of the broken TV for us. I would recommend these guys for any move anytime. They are so careful, but they are human, and they DO make it right. 100% favorite moving company.

Very good experience with a very difficult move from a second story condominium. Several large, heavy pieces had to be moved out through a exterior patio and lowered to grade. Moving personnel were very concerned with worker safety and protecting my furniture during this ordeal. Very slight damage to some pieces occurred, which was expected by me due to the difficulty of the handling, and did not get my undies in a bunch. Very personable crew, and the final cost (although somewhat higher than the original estimate) was not outrageous for such a time consuming effort.
