DO NOT USE THESE GUYS 1/16.17 they have given me nothing but lip service since I called about my missing, antique table leaves. The last 2 Mondays I have called, Kiril has answered and said he was not in office and would call me back. He did not call back, I called again today, asked him what he was going to do for me, he talked about filling out insurance forms. That is unacceptable, I told him I would be going through small claims court and he hung up on me. 12/2/16 Kiril and Anthony came to my new place last week to see if they could find the missing table leaves, they did not. They said they would contact customers who moved after me, so far no luck. I was offered a partial refund on the cost of my move, I would much rather have the irreplaceable leaves back. No only did the value of my table dropped by a third to a half because of the loss, but I have had this table for 30 years. I have continued to call every day since returning from holiday trip. Not happy with this situation at all. 11/17/16 I have called every morning, Anthony says he will have Rich call me, but so far no call. This morning Anthony said when Rich came to the office he would make sure he called me and if we couldnt get it resolved they would make a trip to my house, after my suggestion of that. 11/14/16 I originally gave them 5 stars, but after looking through my new and old homes, I could not find the 2 leaves for my antique dining table. After repeated calls and messages, no satisfaction. They said the workers had said they left them in the garage, but I dont see them there. I left a message this morning requesting the workers to call me or stop by and show me where the leaves are, no response yet. These leaves are not replaceable, so finding them is vital. These are the second item that I found not delivered, check your stuff!!! 11/9/16 Richard and Brandon did a great job for me. It took longer than I had thought, but it was because I underestimated the amount of stuff I had, they worked non-stop for 5 hours. Nothing damaged, I was concerned about a fragile antique table, but they got it in without too much trouble. I was missing one glass piece out of a table, I called, it was found safe in a blanket in the truck, and delivered to me, no problem.

2.5 stars. The good: They did a good job with all of the usual stuff. Boxes and furniture were unloaded from our moving pods and brought into the home just fine. No major damage. Staff was polite, if not maybe a little too chatty. While home-care tips are nice, we arent paying by the hour for it. Not a huge deal. The bad: We had some specialty equipment that was large and heavy. I explained the challenges over the phone, but they were not concerned and very confident. Come moving day, we ended up wasting at least 30 minutes trying to move these items into the basement, and ultimately giving up. Unfortunately I was billed for all of this, and had nothing to show for it. Now I cant find a moving company willing to handle just 2 specialty items without a hefty minimum fee. I really wish they would have been more diligent with measuring early. Had they said "We cant do this" right away, I wouldve used a different service. They got paid, and I got a half-finished job. We also only had two people show up instead of three (someone called in sick), but even at the lower rate, it took longer to complete the job just because someone would have to wait a few minutes while the other was busy for a two-person move. We really needed the third. If you have a standard move with standard household goods, Moving U will get the job done well. If you have anything out of the ordinary, I recommend finding someone better equipped, or at least have Moving U come measure first.

In the last 2 years, Ive used three different moving companies in the Denver area. I have to say, these guys are absolutely the best! This is the second time I used their services, and both times they showed up on time and did am amazing job, and their prices are fair too! Most recently, Ray and Rich showed up, and they were super fast but also very helpful and careful not to damage anything. They came very early in the morning and were ready to go! They had the necessary supplies and knowledge how to get things done! Both guys were nice and professional, and they worked well together and had me into my new place in no time. MovingU completely saved the day, as the other company I hired for a move the day before (decided to use someone else to save money with a Groupon...huge mistake), never even showed up. MovingU provides a quality service at a good price. Scheduling was hassle free and fast, the move was a breeze, and customer service even followed up during and after the move to make sure everything is running smooth and as planned. Absolutely the best moving experience. If you want to turn moving into a stress free process, use the MovingU guys! Im never using anyone else to move. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Ive used these guys twice which both been great experiences. First time, booked them short notice in which they arrived on time (even called while on the way) and did an outstanding job. Second time was just the other day in which I again booked them short notice, they were on time (called before) however only one guy showed up. That one guy busted his rear on moving everything he could on his own! (given I helped a little) They did send over another guy for the final destination unloading. I spoke with the owner and worked out a deal. Just have to say that this company is outstanding and highly professional! I will continue to use them for all my moving needs!

I was a little apprehensive to hire movers without a recommendation because I had two terrible experiences. When I called, Anthony was polite and reassured me he will make sure it goes smoothly. They confirmed my appointment the night before and the morning of. They arrived even early! Raymond, Deshawn, and Johnny were all great! They took care of my belongings but were hustlers! They got my 26 truck unloaded in the minimum number of hours and they had time to spare to help me reorganize where I needed the boxes! I would definitely recommend them. Moving is stressful but they kept things light and fun!

Kiril and his guys were great and went beyond what we had expected for a moving company. We recently took the trek of moving from Texas to Colorado and they helped us unload our stuff in a one bedroom apt. We were their latest appointment for the day so they offered to include one additional guy and promised to finish in two hours. They actually finished less than that for a one bedroom apartment with even our entire king bed assembled. They also offered to help us with battery issues that we had with my car. I would definitely hire these guys again next time! Great job guys!!!
