Arrow Moving and Storage has moved me twice and I used them to store items. My experience with everyone involved from the estimate, packing, moving crew and storage were amazing. The first move was in-town from a house to an apartment. The crew that packed the boxes were efficient and had a wonderful professional attitude. The same was true about the moving crew. The majority of my items went into storage. The second move was out of town which included moving all the items that had been stored for nearly 2 years. Again, everyone involved was amazing. The move went smoothly and when I unpacked, I realized I had not lost one item. Everything had been impeccably packed. I was concerned about everything that had been stored for 2 years but, everything was found to be exactly in the condition that they were prior to being packed and stored. Moving is increadibly stressful. Everyone at Arrow made the process so much easier. They exceeded my expectations. I was truly blessed to have their help. They were a joy to work with and I highly recommend their services. They will be the first I call if I ever have any future moves.

Honestly being a customer and being a temp that they hire is a completely different thing the people that work in the office especially steve should be fired for not only lack of personability but complete and utter incompetence he has this constipated look when you say good morning and it is completely off putting who would want to work for a company that overworks temps with complete disregard for their humanity the office staff can rott in hell they lack a soul and sense of humor they have about as much personality as a wall tack.

Arrow Moving rescued us from a potentially nightmarish situation. Their packers were able to work 5 times faster and safer than the other packers we used. They also stayed late on a Friday (nearly 2 hours) to ensure we got all of our things loaded. Their willingness to help us out was a relief after 3 days of scrambling to fix another companies mistake. My next move will start and end with Arrow Moving. We had movers pack us in Kansas and our belongings went into storage in SLC. When we found a home Arrow Moveing Co brought our household goods. They arrived on time and moved my belongings in safely to my home. I wish I would have been able to change a few things with the move especially in our basement but that was not their issue since they were following my orders. Steven, Nester, Mo and Kevin were really polite young men. Thanks again.

Look no further, these are the folks you want to handle your belongings. Our move was complicated by needing to store half of our furniture in order to stage our home for sale. Three months later, we needed the rest of the items from our house stored until we could purchase a new place in a different city. Arrow kept our possessions safe and secure before delivering them on time, without drama to our new location.

Terrible customer service. Completely unwilling to work with you and your schedule. If you call them they just lead you in circles and cant give an answer. Lost a crate in the move. Would not recommend to anyone. They bribe customers to leave a five star review by offering a "thank you gift" after the review is posted.

I will say I was impressed with how quickly Mayflower got our things to our new destination. However, we had several items that were broken, including our piano, and the claims department was horrible to work with. Because of this, I cannot recommend Mayflower.
