This has been the worst moving experience ever - and I have had some bad ones! Now let me first say that they were the best option in Colorado Springs based on cost and better customer service - which was still appallingly awful! Elizabeth was the girl who came to do out initial estimate. We clearly explained to her that customer service and quality moving was our top priority. We also clearly explained we had a very short timeline, so we needed her estimates be quick. She was very receptive and seemed to understand. She got us our estimate within 24 hours, so also told us if we had any quotes that were lower, so let her know and she would try to beat them. So we did. The day we received her estimate we sent her our other quotes which had cheaper moving and unloading costs. Then it took her 2 freaking weeks to do anything, and she even admitted she forgot about us. We spent our Christmas trying to get her to follow up with her end of the deal. Finally, because we waited so long they took off even more of the cost and assured us they would have exemplary customer service going forward. Well, it came for the movers to pack and load our home, which they had allotted 1 day to pack and 1 day to load. The packers were there until 9 PM and didnt have enough supplies!!!! We had to asked them to repack boxes because they did such a shotty job. They also FORGOT to pack like half of our kitchen. The lead guy for the day even said they should have been allotted two days to pack and given more supplies. They also WROTE on our high value items and taped all over them - didnt pack them - AS WE WERE PROMISED - just freaking wrote right on them. Loading went relatively well. The guys who loaded our home worked quickly and diligently, and worked very hard not to damage our home. Although, again, they forgot a few items, which we had to point out on our final walk through. The movers followed the timeline we were promised, so that was nice. The unloading was TERRIBLE! We had just closed on a BRAND NEW HOME!!! and the first thing they did was scuff the walls and trim. Then proceeded to deny it. Even though we told them - "THIS IS A BRAND NEW HOME!! IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES, WE WILL KNOW!" We also IMMEDIATELY called our move coordinator to tell her they had already damaged our home. She was very apologetic and took note. However, when we submitted the claim for the damages, the girl said we didnt report it, so they deny the claim. Which is not true! We called our move coordinator right away. She is supposed to be backing us up on this - we will see. She seems to be the only one who knows how to do her job. So many of our furniture pieces and boxes were damaged - so we had a lot of our stuff was damaged due to the poor packing stated above, so weve had to submit quite a few claims for damages. Again, being greedy liars, like it seems all moving companies are, they have denied several claims saying that we threw them away - WHICH WE HAVENT! I still have a totally trashed ceiling fan sitting in my spare bedroom, because you cant throw any damaged items away. I was really hoping they wouldnt fit the stereo type of shady, greedy, careless, liars, because I had had success with Allied in the past (another part of the country). I am so beyond disappointed by this service. These people absolutely cannot follow through with their promises, and then try to tell you its your problem. Unless your company is moving you and has a contract through allied, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

HORRIBLE services!!! I thought my last moves were bad, Coleman was slow, very incompetent and when I called the GM I had to call four times before he even was available to entertain the thought of talking to me. I have moved several times with the military and NEVER had the issues I had dealing with this COMPANY. I waited nearly 3 weeks for my shipment that went less than 1000 miles and every time I called to ask where my stuff was I got a new line of BS. DONT move with these people...... I have people in my unit that moved with them and had many of the same issues especially with damages and the claims process. I had dirt tracked through my house and rubs on my walls. When I called to ask them when they would fix the damages they told me to file it in the claim and come to realize they denied the property damages..... I hate to blame the crew on this job because they were very hard workers but the packers were careless and negligent and the loaders were nice and polite. The delivery crew was ok but they were in and out and didnt check off the inventory, leading to many missing items. The real problem is the management in Colorado Springs. They seemed to know NOTHING about my move and gave me the impression they didnt want to talk to me. I was a mover for many years in college and before joining the service and NEVER saw a screwed up company so disorganized and flagrant handling people possessions. I do NOT authorize someone to contact me. The best part of the move was they I finally did not have to deal with these people. This is a company that diverts the blame and tells you "well get back to you"....

I didnt even use them to move! Just a neighbor of someone moving out in Colorado Springs. They completely blocked the driveway, which is a code violation and a fire hazard. Instead of turning their truck around so their loading ramp would be on the curbside they left me sitting there for 20 minutes because they couldnt be bothered to move their ramp for even a minute to let me by. I had to honk at them before they would move anything, but even then they waved me off like they were more important. Better yet was that the girl in her own vehicle tried to drive in front of me when they finally did clear the road! And as I was walking to my apartment she said, "she could have gone around." Seriously? You should have turned the truck around and not violated City of Colorado Springs codes-private residence or not, you are not allowed to block access. I do not care if you hate your job, you shouldnt be rude because, and to quote the same employee, "its been a crazy night and we got here late and hell only be five more minutes with the plywood." This is unacceptable. I have left a voicemail for the management, but if other reviews are accurate they will not call me back. I should just report them to the city. Maybe you should supervise your summer help.

The crew was great, friendly, and a joy to have move my. The only issue was they were not able to get two items in the home. And this was NOT for there lack of trying. The items were just to large to fit thru the door ways. The crew did not want to be beat so they truer everything to include calling and face timing with co-workers to try and find a way. Tom thank you work your help and the crew you went over. If and went I need to move again you will be how I call. Thank you Frank D
