Weve used this company three times...once to pick up a safe from Cabelas & deliver it...very heavy! They did a great job, no problems. Also moved our son out of Boulder down some dicey steps; again, no problem. Other move had them juggling three residences & packing a trailer...no prob there either. Next will be having our PODS emptied, spread out, & delivered to different residences. Didnt realize they also packed houses, so we used another "not to be named" company to move daughters while we were out of town - what a horrible mistake! Twice (two houses, 1 week apart.) It was disaster - so sticking with Road Runner.

Do not use this company! I scheduled them to be at my house at 1pm. They did not show up until 5pm. They did not call to say they were going to be late. They did not answer my calls. When I finally got a hold of them at 3:30 they said they were on the way. When they finally did show up we had already gotten a Uhaul so I told them I would pay their hourly rate but not the $95 truck fee. So, they got in there truck and drove off. We ended up having to do all the moving ourselves. Not only were the unreliable but they were very rude.

We had never hired movers before. My first experience was with these guys, and they were amazing. They were actually early, and we had to last minute change or move to a day sooner. They were very accommodating. They were quick and professional. everything made it safe and sound. They had no problem getting our stuff up three flights of stairs. Very good experience with them.

I would never use this company again. Although the crew was very nice, they need more lessons about how to pack everything! An antique lamp was broken because it was placed at the bottom of a box without paper or padding. Kitchen and bathroom items were boxed without wrapping anything. The fish tank was a total loss! It is hard to understand how they have such a high rating.

After Designers Choice Moving & Delivery Service no-showed for two hours, I was calling every company I could find on Google to get an alternative. I called Road Runner Moving, and within an hour and a half they had a truck with two great movers ready to go at my doorstep. Good communication, great service, friendly employees, and no bullshit. Thank you guys.
