Spoke with Scott this morning to rent moving blankets. (He was at a call center)- First told me he could not do a one way rental .. put me on hold twice then telling me his manager instructed him he could NOW do a one way rental. (After I pointed out it is listed on the WEB) This process took 12 minutes for a simple 12 blanket rental. Got to the facility in Fountain Hills 3 hours+ later ONLY to be told by the rude lady behind the desk they had NO RENTAL BLANKETS. - She then said she was "just about to call me and let me know" -- Go figure it just happened when I arrived that she was going to contact me to inform me there were indeed NO BLANKETS to rent. Then she said " What did I want her to do about it". DONT WASTE YOUR TIME using a local company in Fountain Hills. Just reserve what you need in Scottsdale. I called and moved my reservation there on my own. I was helped out by a great group on 84th street and did not have to be treated poorly by a rude woman behind a desk not willing to make any effort to remedy a mistake her company made.
