I took my car and because I was having some squeaking noise when I would go over speed bumps. They did a diagnostic and I found out it was the upper control arms. I called the dealer and got a quote over the phone and Zemps I was half the price because they were willing to use aftermarket parts and its a small local business which is good to keep their labor rates low. Aside from cost, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly - honest. They kept me up today on the status of my repair and they let me know when it was ready for pickup. Even threw in a free set of windshield wipers because it was raining and my wipers werent working properly. I will definitely return for continued repair and service.

We own a 1996 Jag convertible which we were lucky enough to happen upon for a price we could afford a few years ago. Brian Zemp has been a master at handling this complex vehicle. Nothing has been simple and yet he continues to take the time to find the part, research how to install it and always makes it work. Brian even had to rebuild the entire locking system on the drivers side door when a locksmith wouldnt touch it! Zemps is simply the best auto repair shop anywhere! Brian and his team are honest and respectful. He will never overcharge you and is always true to his word. We trust them completely. We are grateful to have Brian as our mechanic and now honored to call him our friend.

I had met Brian from Zemp Auto once when I went to get propane and had never had my car repaired there prior to me dropping in on a surprise visit last Saturday without an appointment. Brian was kind of enough to take my car in my time of desperate need. He was honest, courteous and provided me choices in my auto repair for cost savings. Had my truck for a month ... Told them I was not in a hurry but after a month all they did was replace a fuel line and fix some vacuum leaks .. now the truck runs worse than ever and I found my #3 cylinder is not firing ...not sure what they could have done but it ran better than it does now ... On top of that the owner claims to not have the correct tools to fix it and they are too busy to designate someone to work on it ... After a month shouldnt I be in first place?

i hate!!!!! dealing with auto shops or dealerships. but a friend of my recommend zemp to me... i called them ... they got me in the next day... through the whole process they kept we well informed and are great people to deal with.... the best part is that they were half the price as the dealership quoted me... save me over $500 bucks... now i can spend that money on my kids.... a customer for life .... thanks alex kilanowski

I always have great service at a reasonable price. I never worry about them trying to rip me off, they are always fair and have gotten my car in and fixed on the same day. Twice I have had to just drop in on them to get something done, once was a water pump and the other was a grinding brake. Both times I had my car the next day. They worked really hard to get me back on the road! I would highly recommend!

I have 2015 Toyota Tundra and was told by Camelback Toyota on 16th , that I need to spend $1000 on breaks and fuel injection, witch turned out to be a total lie . Being a young female I have always be secpital of car dealerships and Machanic, Im so GREATFUL For the guys over at ZIMP , they have restored my faith Im honest hard working machanics

The Owner Bryan and Front man Ryan treated us with Respect and Prompt Quality service at what we consider a very reasonable repair rate. Repair was done in a very timely manner and am pleased to find quality Auto Mechanics, not trying to up-sell, just get the job done. I dont trust any other repair shop. I have had other shops TRY to rip me off, but Zemp Auto is always honest and wont sell me what I dont need. They arent "flashy slick talkers" that will try to up sell you. Just real people. They will give you an honest quote.
