I succumbed to the door to door salesperson and purchased the package of oil changes. I am beginning to regret my decision because 1. I change my own oil, but I thought just out of convenience and lower price to go through them would have been worth it. 2. I cannot get in to get the oil changed because they are scheduled a week and half out each time I call. 3. When they sold me the package they were open on Saturdays. Now, I am just told, they are not because they dont have enough business to stay open?? Well, if they are booked so far out every time I call, then it sounds to me they are busy enough! This is frustrating because I work up in Salt Lake and I cannot make it down in time before they close and I leave too early in the morning before they open. So, when I get a week off (like this week) and we all know how often that happens, and they have no openings, its frustrating. The only good thing about this is they offer for me to leave my car all day and they will "work it into the schedule." But, that doesnt work if nobody can pick me up. I guess they were good at selling those packages if I cant seem to get in. I was going to give them 1 star, but I changed it to 2 because I know this affects my own schedule and not everyone has my schedule/situation. But, opening up on Saturdays sounds like a good solution to me.

A solicitor for Steves came to my door yesterday. He ignored my "No Soliciting" sign. My 11yo had answered the door. When I came to the door he acted like he had just noticed the sign. Then went on to say that most No Soliciting signs are left on the door from the previous homeowner. I informed him that I was the one who put the sign on the door. He kept saying he meant no disrespect and yet he wouldnt leave! I told him NO several times during his spiel. I dont have $50 for a discount card right now, my husband does our oil changes, etc. He ignored what I was saying. I finally got him to leave. It wasnt 5 minutes later that my doorbell rang again and he was back WITH HIS MANAGER! They told me how hard they work and that they could spread my payments out over 4 months and on and on. Apparenlty despite how hard they work, they cant read or dont know what "No Soliciting" means. Because they ignored my sign, I stuck to my guns and refused to buy. I cannot recommend this company. Their door to door soliciation turns into harassment.

We took our 2006 Jeep Liberty to Steves. This has been the place to go to for all of our vehicle needs. Recently we had the fule pump replaced and a wheel speed sensor. They did it all in less time than the dealers quote, and almost $200 cheaper. Great place to take your car/suv/truck to be repaired. We had a vehicle problem yesterday related to the fuel pump and they fixed it free of charge. Runs great now. Definitely a place that we will continue to take our vehicles.

I had a great experience at 4 Seasons. The guys were very nice and definitely knew what they were doing. They broke down labor and parts prices for me so I knew what I was paying for and their labor rates are totally reasonable. We will definitely be going back if we need car repairs again and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. I agree with the review below. Faster and much cheaper than a dealer. 4 Seasons is the way to go.

Wouldnt go anywhere else. I have been taking my car to Four Seasons about 4 years now and recommend them to all my friends. I know very little about cars and have to trust my mechanic. Steve has always been 100% honest. He has had the opportunity to do more repairs then needed when I have thought they needed it but has always been honest and fair. I cant think of how things would have been somewhere else.
