BEWARE!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed and left feeling with my issues unresolved. I have entrusted Carlife to repair both of my family vehicles on several occasions in the past. On the last visit in, (7/30/16) it took 2 full days to diagnose a check engine light. When I received the call that it was ready, they also informed me that they actually hit my vehicle with another car in the garage. They were very apologetic and offered to take care of it through Jeffs buddys body shop. They gave me 3 options, 1. either they fix the catalytic converter which is what was wrong with my vehicle for free because the damage equaled the cost of the repair ($1700 quote) but leave the car damaged, 2. They would fix the bodywork through their choice of body shop, or 3. Eddie the owner would buy the car from me(odd). I was not comfortable with the situation so I let them know I had to go out of town the next day and I would be back to deal with this when I could fully evaluate the situation. In the meantime, I had an estimate done and turned in a copy to Jeff. He was so rude in the lobby and refused to look at my estimate and stated that they would fix the car, but he would only fix it through his buddy and that it was his choice. Since then, they had let me know that their insurance was going to handle the situation. They had then given my number to another one of their buddies Adam, posing as an "insurance guy" to call me regarding the situation (8/30/16)Both Jeff and Adam had the same negative opinion about my body shop choice. Thats when I realized that Adam was not an insurance adjuster working the claim. To this date, Sept 1, I have not heard anything back from Carlife. I contacted their "Insurance guy" Adam because he had informed me that his office emailed Nationwide Insurance and was just waiting to hear back from them with a claim number. Now he is only telling me to contact CarLife regarding this issue. Im confused.. Is there a claim filed? Is Carlife trying to minimize their liability by going under the table and not report this claim? Was Adam a real insurance guy? or did Carlife just give my number to their friend to call pretending it was someone from the insurance company to convince me to do something I didnt want to do? And last, IS MY CAR EVER GOING TO BE REPAIRED??? 2 MONTHS AGO I WAS RECOMMENDING THIS BUSINESS TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. NOW, I AM SAYING BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AUTOCARE SERVICE EVER!!! I tried to get an oil change at Care Life but Eddie (the owner) kicked me out! Heres what happened, I made an appointment, went in hoping that I can use the Groupon that I bought for Oil Changes at CarLife. Thats when it all started, Eddie started accusing me of using my Groupon purchase multiple times. Even though I have only been in his shop on other time when I use the first oil changes from the Groupon deal. So then at this point my car up on the lift, then he said i will need to charge you extra because your car is hard to get on the lift( this is where it started to get fishy), then he point out my oil plug which was a little dented from scraping the bottom of the car. Then he said he straight out told me that he will not work on your car. That is when he personally lowered my car, took it of the lift, drove it out of the shop and handed me the keys. He just told me that he will not work on my car, he didnt even give me any solution in what I can do. (that when I realized that Eddie from CarLife doesnt fulfill his commitment that he made with Groupon customers). Keep in mind, I bought a Groupon on Aug 2013 and mine Expires July 27, 2014 , which the deal was: Three Oil Changes with Tire Rotation at CarLife - Multiple Locations. I only used one out of the three and Eddie refused to work on my car. I even brought in my Groupon showing that I only used on out of the three. Eddie said, "Youre using me" he is blaming me for using Groupon deal that he put out. He didnt offer me any solutions or anything, just lowered my car and just kick me out literally and told me that youre not my customers. I dont know what to think about CarLife but all I know is that, I felt discriminated, embarrassed, upset and cheated by CarLife especially by Eddie (the owner).

My old Nissan Sentra broke down in Mesa last year, and by chance I ended up going to CarLife for repairs. I appreciated the openness of the repairs process and how I was given multiple options. The staff was friendly and professional, and the building itself is by far the nicest shop I have ever been to. The office looks like a show home with leather couches and is meticulously clean. I have come from Tempe to get additional repairs done even though there are many closer shops, and I have highly recommended CarLife to my friends. There have been times where I came to CarLife for a second opinion, and was told (and shown on my vehicle) that the other place was being dishonest. It would seem that they earn their money the right way; not through needless and shady work, but through returning business. I would keep coming back but I am moving, and I wish the shop the best!

Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked through the door. Not only that, but my car was ready sooner than estimated. I cant remember the last time that happened -- usually, its the other way around. Everything is running great on my car, too. No more groaning noise when I turn at low speeds. Thanks! 12/17/2014 UPDATE: We had another great experience with Car Life, last week. Our son just got his first car, but it needed some work before it was ready to be driven. The helpful folks at Car Life let us know what work was needed right away and what work could be done over time, as our son saves his money and budgets for these repairs. I appreciate that the team here doesnt try to push you to get work done that you dont need, and by doing that, we end up coming back again and again.

I called in during to week to make an appointment and told them specifics on what was wrong with my vehicle and made the appointment for Saturday. I went in and 40 minutes later they call me to the back to walk me through the problem and proceed to repeat everything I had already told them. They then tell me that they wont have access to the parts until Monday. The guy I talked with was nice enough, but the people answering their phones are not technicians and may end up wasting your time with unnecessary appointments. (Side note: I feel like they would have listened to what I had to say if i was a guy, but since Im a girl, clearly I have no knowledge about this). Would not recommend.
