I have to agree with other negative reviews on their quality of service. I went there 8/13 to find the tire shop closed early! The Asst. Mgr said they had to because they were short-staffed and do that if they dont have at least 3 people on staff due to their lube service. I told him there mgmt issue is impacting customers and he said they are working on it. I returned earlier next day on 8/14. The service writer was helpful but service mgr on duty was not. She took one look at the thread wear on my rear tire and said she couldnt touch it. I still had enough thread and under warranty and concerned about the thumping on the tires and wheel vibration and couldnt drive that way back to CA. All they did was deflate some air on the tires and sent me on my way! I went to my local Walmart tire in CA on 8/15 and the service mgrs there said I needed wheel balancing and took care of that. My tires werent ready for replacement yet but recommended I get my car checked for wheel suspension/alignment. I did and my car rides much better. Bottomline is avoid the Walmart Tire shop at Baseline/Country Club and go elsewhere!

I read this reviews and they are from months back, I disagree with them all!! the past few times Ive gone here, I was told 45min to an hour. id get to the other side of the store for laundry detergent and I hear my vehicle is done over the intercom! people expect them to drain the oil and fill them go again, that is not the case! I have been greatly taken care of and I appreciate the tech named aven for his help and care! he is so knowledgeable and they only do basic car maintainence! ask for him, he is the best at this location! Ive gone to other shops but none have a tech who have a great smile and making sure his customers are ok! Ill be bringing all my cars to him, hes a great guy!

I wish I had read the other views before going here. I came on my lunch break, parked where the signs lead for an oil change and waited for assistance as the sign said for about 5 minutes. Two employees were gossiping loudly but clearly noticed I was waiting for service. As they continued gossiping, I got out of the car and walked toward them. One woman saw me but turned and walked inside. I also walked inside and was told the wait would be over an hour because she did not know where two of her employees were. Overall terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience!!! Went in for tires and I was told up to 3 hours maximum. There were only three techs working and I cant say I was impressed with any of them. At the 4 hour mark I called and they told me another hour. Seriously - 5 hours for tires! The process could be improved greatly. How about taking general information such as name, address, etc. when you get the quote inside. That would save the techs from having to do it on a little hand held device. Definitely wont be back for anything auto related.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Stopped in on my lunch break for an oil change. They told me it would be 40 mins. Turned out to be an hour and a half. I literally saw the technicians just standing around in the back while my car was sitting there not getting work done. Had they given me an accurate timetable I would not have gotten the service done. No respect for their clients. But I guess they do work at Walmart so what should I have expected.

Came in for a simple battery and tire change. Took them 3 hours to do the tire, then they had lost my paperwork for the battery so I had to wait another hour for that. Now I just found out they did not put my tire lugnut key back on and theyve lost it! These people are a bunch of idiots, youre better off taking your car to a real shop.

Probably the worst experience in retail history. I am not sure how those people function in society, let alone change oil and tires. And the young girl answering the phone there... If you dont change you will not get very far in life. Stupid me for expecting anything different from Walmart...

I waited for 2 hours only to be told that they cant fix my tires. Very bad service! No one even bothered to let me know of what was going on. I had to keep on asking about the progress of the work, they kept on telling me to wait... and 2 hours thereafter, nothing!

Had to literally flag somebody down for service. Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. Customer service was non existent. Very disorganized. Will not be back. Just go to the one on stapely. Have had better service there.

I like to do oil change here. I know, take more than one hour sometimes but is not so much.
