The Countryclub location is GARBAGE! The front desk was not only lazy and incompetent but gave me a time to return for an appointment which I was on time only to let me know they were not going to be able to keep that appointment till an hour later. I went in to get my sub woofer sound system put in, which I researched and called before and they said they can do it no problem," I just need to buy an adapter convertor for the stock stereo". So after I arived I waited the extra hour around the area then they said it would take about 3 and a half hours to install. when I waited 4 hours I got a call from the incompetent manager STEVE who had no buisness managing anything because he had no idea what was going on in his shop in the first place saying "hi, you know your sub woofers you wanted installed..dory we took the factory deck of to find out we are not capable of doing it",even though I was told "no problem its stock so you just have to buy the converter"..RIDICULOUS! THEN I came back to get my car and saw a screw driver stab hole in my base! I was pissed and asked what the hell happened..? He replied "that was already there". I think not! Then I asked for his name and that I was going to talk to corporate and he refused to give me his name like I would not find out..I told him I was going to take legal action as nd he told me to leave his store...word to mouth is the best way to get the word around and I will NEVER recommend PEP BOYS for ANYTHING! I should have left the day I came in because a lay was yelling at the manager already which made me laugh because I thought she was just having a bad day, then as I listened she waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and wanted to know why they were digging threw her trunk when thats all she was there for! Lol RIDICULOUS...never again, how these people are still in buisness I will never know...

I have been coming to this location for 8+ years on 3 different vehicles.. Over the last two visits and management/staff change...THEY NOW SUCK!!!! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY..... I brought my BMW in for a check engine light at 7:30 am Saturday morning as soon as the shop opened, (this is what they informed me to do the day before mind you) I did not receive a call so I decided to check on the vehicle around 1pm to see where things were at? The MANAGER told me they were getting ready to pull the vehicle into the back and would call me back with an estimate. WELL 4pm came around no call...so I AGAIN called and spoke to the DM.....He was a joke....Informed me they were not able to do any repairs on that kind of car and come pick it up(YOUR KIDDING ME RIGHT!!!) anyway that was just one bad experience like I said I have been coming to this location for YEARS so maybe just a bad day for their team.... I then brought my charger in for an oil change and told them about my front tires needed to be replaced because of the wear on them and to disregard I was already getting them replaced and asked them to check the breaks since it was no cost because of my membership........WELL the front desk contacted me and said my car needs an alignment 4 rooters and 2 sets of break pads.... (AGAIN YOUR KIDDING ME RIGHT) total was 700.00+..... Well I told the representative I had just got my rotter changed less than 6 months earlier...HE THEN TOLD ME MY CAR WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE......I informed him to ONLY do the oil change and I am coming to pick up my vehicle... I took it to the shop that did my breaks... We took four pictures all 4 rotter are in great condition and 80% break pad. I called and spoke to the manager who informed me to come see the DM Saturday morning.....WHAT A JOKE YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER $ OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

Really ehh with theirs customers!! I guess thats why you wait to pay so if you feel like leaving you can. I got two tires replaced and it took 2.45 .. after Anthony told me it will be 45 minutes cause theres only 2 techs in the back. Okay cool. 2 hrs into sitting there my cars barely on the lift and my tech has stopped to go do two other jobs that randomly popped up. Witch one of them was parked behind my car. My car is now done and lowered and the tech just walks off washes his hands and grabs a smoke, no problem by now i would have wanted a smoke too. I go out to ask if they could pull my car out and Anthony tried to tell me he was waiting in a part just to cap me off i said sir hes over there smoking he then told me oh its because this truck is behind your car and he couldnt get it out. Not my fault you parked the truck there thought. Im very aggravated now so when i pay i bring this up to nathan and Again Anthony comes in at the end and had to say out loud I told him it was going to be a long wait. NO you said 45 minutes! And they didnt bother to let any of the customers where they are at with the schedule or if it was going to be longer. Nathan gave me a Courtesy oil change coupon witch i wont be redeeming but i figured i would add my experience to this so maybe they could fix something. If anything leave your car lol.

Let me tell you first how the manager Bryce treated us. He put us like we were his family and we were so greatful to this man,he was fair and efficient with our broken truck he went beyond the call of duty with kindness and empathy for our situation at hand. And we believe that Pep Boys may be the luckiest place in the world that has a man running a tight and efficient shift with all his people Pep Boys corporation should put this man on a pedestal and they are lucky to have him and his whole crew I believe that no one would ever treat you as well as this man will treat you if you were ever broke down in Pep Boys. And then there was Felicia Packey... Wow what a sweetheart she was to us and she has the biggest heart that I think I have ever seen she helped us beyond the call of duty as well and she should be commended for that, she also treated us like we were family and I will never forget her. I can sit here and write a 10 page letter about every crew member that is under Bryces wing.... Id like too say pep boys corporation I would like to say if you ever lose Bryce you will lose one of the greatest men that have ever worked for that company thank you again Bryce and Felicity for all your caring....savvy ?

I had made an appointment at 4:30 pm for an electric diagnostic and possible service. We arrived 10 minutes early and was told that we would have the diagnostic done in about an hour, and that it could take a day to do any service on it. Note the words "about" and "could" in that last sentence. Should have been a red flag right there. For nearly 30 minutes I watched an employee walk around, lift up a vehicle, shine his flashlight under the hood, walk around some more, lower the car, walk around some more. At about the 30 minute mark, Nathan told us that said car was holding up our service. Which, okay understandable, but at the one hour mark they were pulling around the vehicle for a walk in who came in AFTER us! At this point we left because apparently the concept of appointments doesnt exist here. Who knows how long we would have waited! There is honestly NO reason that something so simple should take all day. Its good to avoid putting a lot of emphasis on negative reviews, but please take them seriously when it comes to Pep Boys. The ONLY positive thing about the service department is that you are able to watch everything thing that happens while you are in the waiting room.
