My name is Rebecca Carlson and I have to tell you about my experience at Network Automotive Services. This is the first time that I am doing this so I hope that I do good. These guys are awesome! I brought my 2004 Kia Optima in to them, on the recommendation of Discount Tire on Main St & Dobson Rd after purchasing new tires, for an alignment. I had originally spoken to the manager Erik on the phone, then upon going there and speaking to Jack, the assistant manager, I come to find out that they are a full service shop. I was very excited about this because my car needed some much needed major work done on it. The first being my CV joints were so bad that I was fearful every time I got into my car to drive that I was going to be stranded somewhere! Not only did these guys fix everything on my list of "things gone wrong", but they had my car back to me the same day! Plus, they fixed my A/C and it blows colder now, than it did when I bought it! Their prices were reasonable, and I got friendly, courteous service. I was kept up to date on the progress of my car, not to mention Jack, alerted me to anything that came up, that was not in the estimate. When I came to pick my car up, I was surprised by the fact, that I was going to pay less than was what originally estimated. Their quality of work is outstanding! I will definitely refer all my friends & family to them. I will refer anyone that I talk to, that needs automotive work done to them, and I, myself, will be a returning customer as well. Great job guys! Thank you so very much for making my car lovable again! I have had my car 5yrs, just paid it off, and thanks to these guys will be driving it for another 20yrs.... at least!! I wont take my car anywhere else now!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service we received. My car went in to them with an AC that didnt work. We asked them to look at it all and let us know what needs to be fixed. They not only came up with some things in the AC but coolant issues etc. 2 separate repairs and $1,000.00 ($500.00 for the AC) later and my AC in my car STILL doesnt work. Took the car back to them, they had it all day and said that it was another issue they didnt notice when diagnosing it the first time. They want another $200+ to fix the "new problem" and are saying it isnt their fault that this is not fixed. When a customer pays you $500.00 to fix a specific problem, they expect it fixed. Furthermore, as the company providing this service you should complete a FULL diagnostic check on the problem in question. I am a mother with one income and feel as though I have been jerked around 100% of the time. I will make sure everyone is aware that this is a SHADY place to take a car. Dont take your car here unless you want to waste your time and money. In addition, reading the responses from the "owner" it seems like they manage their online presence much like their store. A LOT OF EXCUSES and finger pointing. Im sick over their non-chalant attitude over people having legitimate complaints regarding their hard earned money and for many, their SOLE source of transportation. I dont trust their work, and I have to put my CHILD in this car.

I am not sure if the Apache Junction N.A. are affiliated with the location down town Mesa or not. I have a 92 Chevy C1500 that I took in this morning for an alignment and possible toe issues. Upon their diagnosis, they called me back and said that the steering gear box was not bad but had a leak and recommended replacing it. Also that the idler arm, pitman arm and 1 upper ball joint needed to be replaced along with the alignment for a price over $1500.00. While is was on the phone with the shop I was also online on rockauto and for AC Delco parts minus the unneeded gear box the cost was less than $50.00. I do much of my own vehicle repairs including rebuilding engines. I Know that all those parts can be changed and alignment done in about 3 hours. I do not think even your best tech is worth $300.00 an hour. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know. Further more I have worked for a few parts supplies including NAPA and AC delco. Suspension parts are wear items. regardless of MOOG parts or life time warranty. Chances are most people will no longer own said vehicle when they need to be replaced again as most factory parts last over 100,000 Miles. I have read a few of the own responses and your " Ethical and HONEST approach to your business is HIGHLY lacking from another business owners standards of honest and ethical business.

I called the Mesa store, and got no answer three times, so I tried the Queen Creek shop. Call was answered right away, and I got an immediate appt. I had a problem with some shuddering on the front end. I had gone to my usual mechanic, and a transmission shop, and both wanted to replace the transmission, to the tune of $2-$3K. I dropped it off for the day, and they did a troubleshoot. The mgr researched the problem and said it could be any of 30 things that had been reported to Acura that caused the problem. He asked to keep the car to try them out. I said fine since no other mechanics had been able to figure it out yet. After troubleshooting, he suggested a transmission flush, and adding some conditioner. He said "No guarantees, but that seemed to be the fix that worked most consistently". I said okay, and let them try. At this point I was expecting a huge bill, and possibly no fix. The cost was about $350, and it has solved the problem that no other mechanic could figure out for the past 6 months. The Mgr. was courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. Its a little out of the way, but Ill keep taking my Acura there.

I brought my car in for an alignment and was hit very hard with a quote of over $800. After having them explain to that the minimal work they can do to get the alignment done was just under $600, I agreed to have the work done. I was blown away by their parts pricing. Their parts were well over the dealer price. Each tie rod costing $64 and the just the rubber boots were $68 a piece!! It would have been cheaper to take the car to the dealership and have factory parts installed. I understand a little markup....even the dealer cost for the boot was only $32 (they were $11 at auto-zone). They did give me a free alignment because I had to adjust one of my struts, so for that, they get 2 stars...but at the end of the day, I just felt ripped off. Highly recommend doing some research and really look at the cost of parts before you sign off on anything, or just blindly trust over the phone like I did.

Today was the first time I visited the Mesa location. I had previously been to the AAA Repair in Gilbert due to my Carnot wanting to start. They told me that the reason my car wouldnt start was a bad starter. They then went on to tell me I needed a fuel filter and recommended both lower and upper radiator hoses. The estimate to fix it was over $1,000. I called Dan at NA the next day and asked if they could take a look at it. He was very professional and told me to bring it in at 8am the next day and they would take a look at it. After all of this, Dan calls me and says that my starter is fine, fuel filter looks good too! The only thing they could find is a loose battery cable. They fixed that and gave me a total due of $65 dollars. Wow! Honesty and integrity go a long way and I will be a customer at NA from now on! Thank you to "Dan" for showing me that not all Repair shops play games!
