Imports & American Auto Services are the only competent, honest mechanics I have been able to find for my car problems. I received excellent advice and professional work. The service is above and beyond great. The mechanics are knowledgeable and they provide all the right education to customers, how to keep there vehicle performing at its best. The owner really knows how to give friendly and professional service. Before I have my car fixed, the car was running like new, NOW its running like brand new!!! A free ride to my residence was even offered once my vehicle was at their facility as their care for customers getting to where they have to go without their vehicle is even catered for. Like good surgeons everywhere, owner at Imports & American Auto Services called the day after my car was fixed and run without a hitch. Ill preach the gospel for these guys and will never take my car anywhere else again. I am left with a renewed faith in the honesty and skill of truly fine mechanics. I could not recommend more highly the Imports & American Auto Services. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!! Ive found my mechanic I can trust ! Kaz.

Other mechanics and shops tried to rip me off big time. Imports and Amercan on Center St has given me the truth and the best prices around (I researched and researched too). They are honesty, dependable and affordable....its like having a good friend work on your car and having that same friend TEACH you whats wrong and how you can fix things yourself. They even showed me the lowest costs for my body work and referred me to a cheaper shop for a paint job. Saved me about 800 dollars and taught me how to fix some things MYSELF! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, especially for women that feel uncomfortable...this is a lifetime mechanic for my family now. I am referring all friends and transients!

I had many things wrong with my Mercedes 2005,C230 Kompressor . Needed motor and engine mounts replacement , front struts and strut supports , front bushes and arm work and steering wheel problem . I had an estimate done from Dealership , who charged me $100 just for diagnosis and gave an estimate of $3800 with parts and labor . Al here did it in less than half of that !! His service is quick and prompt , no gimmicks and straight to the point work and related expenses . Ill highly recommend him to any of my family memebers and friends , anytime for all German cars , he is the best ! Highly knowledgeable person, would bring my car again if anything pops up .

I took my nissan sentra to fix an exhaust problem i had on it because it was showing a check engine light on the car. They took care of the problem the same day fast service. They only do and tell you what the car needs in order to run a few more days weeks or months unlike other service shops that tell you that you might need this or that just to make more money off you... In all this shop is excellent i will recommend this shop to every one.

My family has been going to these guys for 20+ years. I really cant express how excellent their service is. They will let you know what the deal is up front no games. They replaced the headlights in my PT cruiser for free. Not saying they offer free stuff for everyone. But showing your loyalty still goes a long way with these guys. Send them all your business!

Prices far below the Audi dealership. My experience was excellent. All work done same day and my car needed a bunch. I trust this shop so much that I sent my sister there with her sons Honda. Same great experience. We will be bringing the rest of our cars there as needed.
