Lucky Luck

I was a tech working with wes and I like the way he runs his shop. He gets your car in gets it fixed right the first rime and doesnt try to break your bank. The techs dont recommend to fix stuff that does not need fixed. And thats what I look for in a shop. I like working at an honest shop with honest techs. I wouldnt want my mom or daughter getting taken advantage of, and either does he. I highly recommend having them check your car out. If I could I would still be working there but life got in the way and I had to take some time off. But if given the chance I would go back and work with him in a heartbeat excellent shop yes always new tools to get the job done right I highly recommend you give it a shot and when you do tell him Lucky sent you, and with it being a hundred and fifteen degrees out its the perfect time to go get your AC fixed and fixed right the first time so I have nothing but good things to say about West and his crew so dont take my word for it go there and experience it yourself I hope you do

These guys are nice but they arent Jesus. Last time I went in I had a service recommended that I didnt necessarily need. I told Charlie I was on a tight budget and he made sure he got most of it. The work that was done was average at best as well. Just remember they are running a business and they dont eat unless they get you to keep coming back...so have an idea about the work your vehicle may require before you go in. The other reviewers should start a Highline Imports cult. Jeez. Christians are still people folks...they ultimately look out for themselves. To be fair the previous visits I have had worked out well but Im heading elsewhere. I like pagans better.

This service station is honest and they are accommodating and friendly. I did have to have the original part that was replaced by them replaced again, however I was not charged for the 2nd repair. The part was bad to no fault to Highline that I could see. It was diagnosed properly and at a reasonable rate. I appreciate their integrity in that. When I let them know the car seemed to be acting up worse than before I was told to bring it back and they promptly diagnosed it as being a bad part instead of telling me I needed more parts and repairs. It could have gone many other ways. I believe that you can trust that.

Im really disappointed with my service as of late. We have been coming to them for a long time and the quality of work had slowly degraded as they got larger. At one point they put the wrong oil into one of our vehicles, they missed a lot of issues when we took our newer car in for them to inspect it (a transmission mount was snapped for example), and we took our new car in for a leak and our axle shaft needed to be replaced but they said nothing about it and it was the cause of the leak. Im sure there are more examples of their shotty work... I would recommend looking for another mechanic like we did.

Rarely am I one to write reviews, but I feel that Wes and his crew definitely deserve acknowledgement for the company they have formed. I appreciate the honesty, timely response and courtesy they have extended me every time I’ve had work done. Because of unfortunate past experiences I deal with most of the vehicle related stuff for our household. That being said I would feel comfortable having my wife deal with Wes and have no worries that we would be taken advantage of. Keep up the good work!

I have a 2005 Rav4 that is still in great condition thanks to Wes and his team at Highline. Its hard to find a mechanic who you trust completely, but Highline makes that easy. Not only are they honest about the work that needs to be done, they will tell me if I can put off something for a while or if it needs attention immediately. The work is done right the first time, and they always make me feel respected and cared for. Ill never take my car anywhere else again.

These guys are really interested in working with you to solve your car issues. I had an indicator light that came on under certain circumstances. The Dealer said under those circumstances it is what it is. Didnt even bother to check it out to be sure. Highline listened to me and came up with a game plan. A step by step way to determine and fix the problem. Now I am back on the road feeling confident in my car again. Thanks Highline!

I received excellent service at Highline Import Auto. The staff and technician that I spoke with were very pleasant and seemed quite knowledgable. I left my car feeling confident that it was in the right hands. It's been a few weeks and my car has been running great. I had a really bad experience at another shop before deciding on Highline Import Auto but it all worked out because I think I just found my new shop.

Not only do I take my personal vehicles to Highline, but my husband and I take our inventory for any needed work, as well as a pre-sale inspection, on each vehicle we sell. Me and my entire family bring our cars to Highline for nearly everything. If a light turns on, I call Highline. My old car had countless visits to these guys and they always got the issue fixed, even if another one popped up in a few weeks. This place is one to use for sure. Brought in my wife bmw and fixed the leak the next day. Had an issue with the skid plate coming off on the freeway they took care of it and gave me a free oil change for the trouble ( full synthetic). Very knowledgable and honest. Went in for an oil change and they made room for me even though they were busy that day. The oil change was completed quickly and they showed me a couple of areas of concern that I was not aware of. They actually showed me photos of why things needed some attention. I really feel like I can trust what they tell me.

I have been using these guys for several years. I find them extremely honest, and up front, and their prices are very fair as compared to other places. Never once have they "made up" a problem that I didnt go in for, and never once have they "added onto" a quote because of some BS reason. I highly recommend them.
