I went to SSC Auto repair to get some car work done and loved them. Well, then I was pressed for time and went somewhere else for a quickie oil change. The result was two weeks later my check oil light was coming on and off. I have a little one that is in my car all the time and I called SSC Auto Repair again as soon as the light came on. I called on a Friday, they were obviously slammed. Adam agreed to take a look even though they were so busy and gave me a ride back to my office. After inspecting the car they told me a seal hadnt been put back on properly causing an oil leak and that triggered the light. They fixed it and refused to charge me (even though Id fessed up about going somewhere else for the oil change.). I tried to insist on paying for their time and was told no, just go to them for my oil changes in the future and it would be appreciated. I was stunned. You just dont get customer service like that anymore. Adam, and SSC Auto Repair are now stuck with me as a customer for life. Sorry this is so long, but I just had to share

I am very pleased with the service and integrity of this auto repair shop. I had my front brakes and rear struts replaced and a transmission flush done on my Civic. I left very happy knowing that I was truly taken care of and was quoted a very affordable price by very friendly and professional staff. Another thing that happened- I took my car to another shop for a basic oil change. They called me letting me know that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. They also told me that 5 different fluids were dangerously low and that my engine was going to catch on fire. I decided to take my car into SSC Auto Repair to get a second opinion and after their technician looked at it, told me that everything was perfectly fine. I absolutely trust SSC with my vehicle and will not be taking it to any other place. Thank you guys for all of your honesty, because that is so rare to find these days!

I received an offer in the mail from this shop for an oil change/tune up so I decided to stop by and give it a shot. I walked in right when they opened at 8 am. I was immediately greeted and helped in a very friendly manner. I was also informed that it might be 45 min to 1 hr due to an appointment arriving soon which I completely understood (Im not the type of person that shows up unannounced and expect everyone to drop everything theyre doing to take care of me). Regardless as soon as I handed my keys over they hooked up my car and went to work. About 30 min after they explained to me some things that should be done with the car and what could wait which I appreciated and did not push to sell unnecesssary services. Shortly after that car was all finished and I was on my way. Highly recommend this shop and greatly appreciate their help. I will be back for my future car needs.

We went to SSC for the first time and were sorry it took us so long to leave the dealership. After getting a long list from the dealer of issues that needed to be fixed, we went to SSC to get a second opinion. They reviewed the list and looked at the car recommending a few of the items (that we knew needed to be attended to) but gave us an honest opinion on others that didnt need to be repaired at this time. Telling us, we only fix broken things, not things that are performing correctly. Exactly what I want from a mechanic! We were pleasantly surprised when an item they thought would need to be repaired checked out good when they got inside farther, saving us more money on our quote. We will be back for sure for all our car needs!

I decided to try this place because of the reviews but that was a mistake. They are very unprofessional and was very disappointed by their services. I took my car here for oil change and before the oil change, I asked if they top off the fluids which they said yes. When I got home I checked the car and nothing was topped off when my coolant was way below the mean. They did not even check the engine filter which I did my self and realized I needed another one. I never got a receipt or any of the information you get with it about any issues with the car. I am not even sure if the oil change was done right, I am never going back to this place again.

The most amazing thing just happened!!! Nice people really do exist!! My husband just picked up our truck from SSC Auto Repair. Adam, the shop owner, was awesome and VERY fair with his pricing and sensitive to our situation. Weve been having problems with our truck for a while and werent too sure who we could trust with it that wouldnt charge us an arm and a leg. The mechanics are great and took the time needed to look at our truck and address the problem. Im soooo happy we choose to go back to Adams shop! Please visit his shop (either in Gilbert or Chandler) if you need vehicle work done!

I found SSC Auto about a year and a half ago after I had a bad experience at another shop. I did research this time before taking my car and they had great reviews. I have taken my car in for several oil changes, timing belt, water pump and flushes (I have 170,000 mi. on my car, which I love). Adam, the manager, is great. Being a woman I dont feel that he takes advantage, always very respectful. They are very fair in pricing and have always come in at or below prices quoted. I will never take my car to another shop. Love them!

SSC Auto Repair could quite possible be the best service provider on the planet. Adam, the owner, was super helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what was wrong with my car. They fixed my car, at a price that I felt was better than fair, and now my car runs better than it did when I first got it. SSC is trustworthy, honest, fair, kind, competent, and they deliver amazing work. I am now customer for life and would highly recommend them to anyone.

SSC Auto Repair is amazing. The guys that work here have gone above and beyond my expectations. They are awesome when it comes to the basic oil change but when the big ticket stuff comes up they are honest with you in regards to what is needed and they do it right the first time. I would not go to any other repair shop now that I have had the chance to be served by them.
