Avoid. I have three vehicles that I had been taking there for the last couple of years. The $17.95 oil change is a loss leader. They pick your car apart, fishing for any possible repairs that can be made. When I bring in my new car, which is still under warranty, they upgrade me to the synthetic oil change at $42.95 and neglect to rotate the tires. All in all, just bad business practices that dont translate well in a small town like Fountain Hills. I notice people arent lining up there. Most must be wise to the program already.

I thought I needed new brake pads so I stopped at Sun Devil Auto. They informed me my brake pads were still in good shape but needed my rotors turned. Gina was pleasant and Mark was knowledgeable and honest. Price was right and the service performed was completed in no time flat! Definitely coming back! Thank you.

NEVER EVER EVER the price that they quote. This last time they told me that my oil change (synthetic) would cost $45 - well, when all was said and done and they charged me for the filter and oil and disposal and every other fee under the sun it cost me $76!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE -- its a SCAM!!!!!

Sun Devil Auto is the only place we take our vehicles for oil changes. Theyre honest and they usually do more than what they say they do but theres no charge to you on the extras
