I only give 5-star ratings when theyre merited. Lewis at LCK definitely earned the five star rating. He ensures the customer knows the details of the problem (including the "big picture"), he was very calm, very friendly, and very professional. He didnt try selling me anything I didnt need, and gave recommendations based on common sense. I picked this place almost on a whim (it was close to home), but Im very glad I did. The tow truck arrived quickly, and though the repairs took a bit longer than expected (probably because it was a weekend), they were thorough and reasonably priced.

Horrible Experience! Youre going to want to avoid this place if you have any type of issue that involves the electronics side of the automobile - circuit board, fuses, navigation, a/c, heater, stereo, wiring, etc. They are good with the greasy side of auto repair but when it comes to the electronics side, they have no clue what theyre doing. Theyll change their story each time, which is an indication theyre just guessing.

Incredible service at LKC I have worked with them on several occasions repairing my truck, they actually call you on the phone to let you know whats going on, they have always completed jobs early and their price is great value for the work and communication. Great mechanic huge standout especially compared to basically anyone else in North Utah or south salt lake counties.

Ive had two of my cars worked on at LKC. They replaced a transition for me and also replaced some brakes. Each interaction Ive had has been professional. Ive never felt like I couldnt trust whomever I worked with and I appreciate their honesty. As long as I remain in the area, theyll be my go-to shop.

I have used LKC numerous times over the past several years. They are always honest, timely, do excellent work, and very reasonably priced. Many thanks to a great mechanic shop. Some people wonder whether they can trust their mechanic. I have never had to wonder with LKC.

Overcharged me for a quick part replacement, then wanted to charge me more when i came back because my car was sending back incorrect readings. A $40 job at my normal mechanic is going to cost me a bit over $200 from these guys.
