just ok--first, i have to say i got a really cute haircut (from Julia ). and i REALLY do like it! only downside is that it is NOT what i asked for. i even showed pictures. partway through the cut, i kind of mentioned it seemed too short.....to which she seemed almost offended and told me she was just going by the picture. it was a very uncomfortable monent, in my opinion. the cut is MUCH shorter than i had wanted. i went from hair past my shoulders to a very long, glorified pixie. i wanted a stacked, wedged bob. for $45 + tip, i guess i expected a closer haircut to my vision and pictures. so although i DO think it is a very cute cut, and julia was a very sweet girl, i dont think i will go back and pay that much for a haircut that isnt what i expected.

I have been coming to Rumors for several months (following a bad experience at another local salon). Kendra does my color and cut and she is fantastic. I always bring photos of new color or styles I would like to try (and we all know how unrealistic it is to ask for a celebrity style as they typically have extensions, etc.). Kendra nails it each and every time. She is very patient and prides herself on really listening to her clients to understand exactly what they are looking for. The only reason that I did not give the salon an "excellent" is beacuse they use thinning shears, which are not good for your hair. (Thinning really should be done freehand.) But, again, my hair always look fabulous when I walk out the door and that is what matters.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to try out this salon. I paid $150 for a full highlight. I literally went home with a partial, only the top portion of my hair had highlights, and a few of them had bleach bleed marks! I went back to have it "fixed" and left with only a few more highlights. The hairstylist blamed the bleach bleeds on the person who orders product and stated she had to use a lower quality thinner bleach because the salon was out of the one she usually uses. I would compare the service and finished hair to something you would see at Fantastic Sams for a third of the price. If your looking for a quality salon in the area and dont mind paying for it.....Dolce does an excellent job! DO NOT GO TO RUMORS!!!

My boss referred me to Mihai last year, I was skeptical at first since Ive had the same stylist for the past 10+ years. I felt like Id be CHEATING! So glad I took her advice and made the appointment. Mihai is the real deal. His passion for hair and attention to detail makes him one of a kind. Always up to date on the latest trends and techniques, due to his extensive training. Hes the BEST!!!!! The staff is super nice and welcoming. I would recommend this salon.. <3 <3 <3

I found them online one day and called to get an appointment asap. Had a bad cut from another salon and was heading out for the weekend. Becky knocked it out! Excellent service, friendly and a wonderful smile. Everyone there really like working there too. They seem to all work together very well and the salon has a great synergy.

Brandy is amazing! Always consistent with the cut, always listens, and super friendly! I ask for her every time but every stylist says hi in the way back to the tubs...have heard awesome things about the owner/manager and how well the staff is treated. That means the customers are treated even better. What a finominal place!

Ask for Amanda! Shes been amazing. It took me awhile to find a great stylist when I moved to the area, but Im glad that I found her and Ive been a loyal client for over three years now. She really makes sure to go out of her way to make sure Im happy when I leave, and I always look forward to my appointments with her.

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done here. The salon is large and cooled. It is clean and modern. My stylist was Taylor and she was so sweet and open to what I wanted. She ended up doing a darker glaze, invisible layers, and a trim and I absolutely love it! Ill definitely be coming back.

Sherry Kilian is my favoritest hair stylist. She works at Rumors, she is a hoot and a joy, and she will give you the best hairwash massage youll ever get! She will take the time to get your hair just the way you want it, and you will have fun the whole time. Dont miss out!
