I found the stylist Rita there a horrible hair stylist. Rather than spend the time to comb out my hair she just cut off anything that wasnt smooth. She also cut my hair by the handfuls so that the strands are uneven, some as much as an inch. My bangs now form a "V" with a superman curl in the middle, which I may have to get my husband to fix. She seemed more interested in reading her magazine that spending time to cut my hair properly. I will never go back to this stylist, ---------------------------- Today I made a return trip to REGIS salon after I had made a call and explained to management the shape my hair was in after leaving their salon post cut just 24hours earlier. They agreed to look at my hair and correct the above issues to the best of their ability and to my satisfaction if I would allow them do do so, I agreed. Upon returning I found a much different experience waiting for me than I had had the day before, as promised my hair was accessed by the manager/ stylist Janessa who promised that she could fix the botched cut given to me on the day previous. She worked very hard for three hours, until she had every hair perfectly cut and back into place, although to achieve this my hair now falls chin level instead of shoulder length, but it is indeed fixed as promised. As I left this salon today, I was able to leave with a sense confidence and with my head held high. This business went above and beyond to to right a wrong and they proved that they really do care about their customers and their hair. A sincere thank you to Janessa and to REGIS management.

I had been coming to this place for awhile, and I was SO disappointed in this last time. I had an appointment for 2:00, and I didnt even get to sit down until 2:30. She put some color in my hair, had me sit under the dryer, then did other peoples hair, seeming to forget I was there. Washed my hair. Did my eyebrows, and actually messed up one of them. One is MUCH thinner than the other. Then I wait for her to cut my hair while she finishes coloring another girls hair. I asked for a couple inches, and she cut off way more than what I asked for. Then styled and sent me out the door. I was there for over 2 hours, when it probably should have been been 1. And this was a girl that has done my hair multiple times before. Im never coming back. If youre okay with someone cutting your hair while juggling other customers, then this is the place for you. But if you want someone who is going to pay attention to you and make sure they dont butcher your hair, I suggest going somewhere else. Especially if they cant focus enough to wax your eyebrows right.

I have gone here a couple of times, I have had friends work here and thought I would try it again on a whim. I walked in and the only girl in the place had me in in ten minutes. I told her I wanted a drastic change. my hair was long between my shoulder blades and I told her I wanted something like hale berry short. instead of just hacking away she asked if we could look thru some books so she could get a better idea of what I wanted.then she would stop every once in a while and double check to make sure I was liking the length and had me feel it. she also told me to walk around the mall for a while and if I didnt like anything before I left I could come back and she would fix it for free. I absolutely loved the haircut, shortest I have ever gone by far and I actually felt great about my experience when I left. the girls name is christine she rocks.

For the love of your hair PLEASE do not go here. Rita balanced her time between me and a walk in client, using the same pair of gloves for each and not changing them once! She cut my hair which was all one length down to my lower back into attempted layers in the matter of 5 minutes! I wanted to cry watching her cut, and cut, and cut. She charged me $170 for a cut and highlights. I refused to wear my hair down for a month and finally had time to get an appointment ELSEWHERE to fix what had been done. If you like spending that much money for a nightmare of a job then dont hesitate.

The girls were awesome and nice very willing to make sure I had help! They were all very professional and friendly. More shocked about the women getting the hair cut, I cannot believe what women open up about in there! ha. Danielle cut my hair and she ROCKS! Easiest stylist to talk to I have ever had! I Love how my hair turned out and she made sure I was happy with it and that she took little by little around my face to make sure I liked the length! Thank you Danielle you absolutley ROCKED!

I am so impressed with Rita and the Regis Salon in the South Towne Mall. She has cut and colored my hair for several years now and each time what I ask for I get, the exact color and cut I expect. Each visit I am greeted with a big hello, I am pampered and walk out looking feeling great. Rita is a top notch stylist and I will never tire of the complements on how great my hair looks.

Okay so it says haircuts are $25 right? Everyone I go they charge me $35 for a cut AND style when I dont even get it styled. They blow dry my hair without asking me if I want it blowdried saying "this will help me see if i need to fix it or not" and they use the straightener to straighten the pieces around my face saying the same thing and they charge me for it. Not coming back.

Accepted me as a walk in for a color correction. Christine was very nice and considerate of my comfort. She seemed very knowledgeable and was able to fix my hair in a only a couple hours. Prices are a little higher, my only real complaint is that the girls in the salon are constantly trying to sell clients on additional services and products.

I came here and the staff were so friendly and everyone there were so experienced. Rita did my hair and its perfect! "Milk and honey" hair is what you have to try I absolutely love it so much. Most salons dont talk to you but we had some fun conversations here and I am so happy I came! Definitely come to this salon!!!

Found this place on Google and called because I needed a same day partial highlight job. Rita got me in and did my hair in a timely manner while juggling other clients. My highlight job looks great and she even styled my hair special because I was going out with my husband that night. Would highly recommend.

Ive been seeing Rita for about 5 years. She has done everything from cuts, coloring and perms for me. When you leave the shop you feel more beautiful on the outside as well as the inside then when you entered. Shell take good care of you, I promise. Give her a try, youll be glad you did!
