First of all I took my car in and got a complete tune up. They told me it would be around 2 hours, the next day I was able to pick my car up. They overcharged me and the guy would not give me my refund back he said that because I put it on a credit card he would have to wait till tomorrow. He ended up giving me store credit. A couple of days later my car started acting like it was going to die so I took it back and told them they needed to check the spark plugs. I also had my brakes fixed with the store credit (the money in which they owed me). After changing my brakes I had tell the guy again to check the spark plugs and he seemed really irritated. I ended up spending like $800 and my car runs like crap. They suggested a transmission flush so I got it done. I have never had one done before and my car has 150,000 miles on it. After they did that my car now makes a horrible noise when I let go of the gas. It is a standard 5 speed. Now my car shakes like it is going to fall apart when I apply the brakes. I am pretty sure the brakes are lifetime guarantee so now I have to go back to these idiots and get it checked out again. These people are horrible....DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

I witnessed this store use a customers car (without their consent) to transport another customer to their employment. I do not trust this company. I recently was at the local Meineke getting my car serviced on August 28 at around 2:00 pm. I only wanted them to tell me what was wrong with my car. After i gave them the keys the employee came out and began to tell me what was wrong with my car. He told me what was wrong with my car. I listened to him and asked "Can i have my car." The man said my brakes had been taken apart and his mechanic was doing a service on the car i did not authorize them to do. I walked around back to my car and asked the same employee to put the wheels back on my car because i needed to be at a meeting. He told me it would be a few minutes and i would have my car. I waited another thirty minutes, then asked the same manager the condition on my car. He told me he was replacing a part on my brake that needed replacing. I did not authorize this service. This entire ordeal took approximately three hours.

I would never use this shop again!!! The one on Oracle Rd between Ft. Lowell and Prince stay away from! They had no record of my oil changes said after paying for the package deal (they offer Veterans) that I used up all my oils changes. I showed them paperwork to no avail. Secondly it took them more than 5 months to replace my oil dip stick they lost (after ordering a transmission stick)! Lastly, when I asked the manager Mike for his last name he didnt know it, there was no other manager, there was no district manager. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else; even a local business where they care.

I ended up at Meineke by chance, because the oil change center next to me ran out of oil....how does that happen?!?! Anyways, Meineke was right next door and I decided to give it a try. The customer service was amazing, and the wait wasnt bad at all. They had wifi, coffee, and TV to watch while you wait. They also were running an oil change special of $12.95 that was a pleasant surprise. For everyone who went to Meineke 6 months or longer ago and had a less than satisfactory experience , I would give them another try. This location is under new management and will now be my go to place for an oil change!!

I was very impressed with this shop. I came in to get my brakes checked on my Tacoma and found out that I needed to replace my front brake pads. They had a 50% off brake pad promotion going on while I was at the store and because of that they were much cheaper than the other shops that I called before I approved the work. They did the job quickly and I was very happy with the results. After talking with Al I found out that the store has been under new ownership for about a year and a half. These guys are do great work at an even better price and I highly recommend them!

March27 2017, I had to take the day off of work to get my care fix I called Mechanic place for my car. They said was too old to work on so I called meniekes they were very helpful and the price was reasonably for me they did a whole check on my car which I have a Lincoln continental. They really have customers service and there under new management this my first time ever coming here and I will keep bringing my car here just because of the way they were to helpful and a free oil change thank you the guys at meineke !!!

Customers need to be aware that this shop often uses refurbished or poor quality parts. We used this repair shop for several years and thought they were a reputable shop. Both cars we own had extensive, expensive work done here. Then major parts installed just 2 years earlier failed and needed to be replaced. The new shop we are now using told us poor quality parts are the reason. Find another repair shop if you want quality parts and service.

Sign posted says 9.99 oil change. theay charge over $25 I asked about the oil change to confirm the price. He said 19.99 plus tax and post fees in a fast and mumbled voice!! I had him repeat himself since his voice was so mumbled I then asked about the sign and he said that the $9.99 is a "starting price." The sign clearly stated $9.99 oil filter and change. Starting price..more like false advertising mixed with a little racism.

Have used this location several times in the past and visited again today for routine service. Travis, my mechanic, is always helpful and always remembers from visit to visit the items that he has worked on what is needed to keep me running and safe. As I drive my car for a living they work with me to get me in and out so I can get back on the road. I highly recommend this location of Meineke Car Care

The guys here are absolutely awesome, kind and friendly. They went out of their way to help diagnose what was wrong with my car and gave me a really good deal. They also told me the truth about what was wrong unlike their neighbor MIDAS who didnt even really look at the car thoroughly!!!

This place is extremely reasonable in their prices, their reward program really rewards you! I mean two oil changes and you get free wiper blades, thats pretty awesome. Not to mention both times Ive been here they have been extremely professional and polite to me. Highly recommended!
