I took my truck in there and they took longer then they said they would, but that wasnt a big deal. I drove my truck away and they didnt put the oil pan plug in securely and all my oil leaked out. My engine is ruined now. I had the truck towed back to them and they were really professional about it and seemed genuinely concerned. They told me the mechanic who worked on it could not get the oil plug all the way back in the oil pan and for some reason didnt tell anyone. So now they are investigating to determine whos fault it is, its been over a week and nothing has been done. I already told them I needed a rental car and they took 5 days to call me back. When the lady from the insurance company called me back she asked me some questions and told me they would need to do an investigation and wouldnt have the results until Wednesday. So thats 10 days without a vehicle.. I sincerely hope they do the right thing, Im a single dad who needs his truck and i dont have time for law suits.

My experience with Sears Auto Center in the Tucson Mall was horrible. To make a long story short, I came in with a problem with my car, asked they call me once they found the problem before they did any repairs. They failed to call and went ahead and did the work including work that I would have not have had them do. They also failed to call me when my car was done which they also said they would do. The mechanic lied and said I told him to just do whatever work needed to be done. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely rude and made me feel as if I was an ignorant woman. All around bad experience I made it very clear that I wanted to be consulted before any work was done and I was not which cost me a lot of money. When I left I told the manager I would never return to sears for service again, he made a rude remark and then turned to another employee and said " I dont see what the problem is". Very unprofessional. Not recommended.

The most frustrating experience for a simple oil change!! The person in the front desk, JD according to another employee, told me that my car would be ready in an hour and that he would call me. After an hour my cell phones battery died to I decided to stay in the waiting room, right in front of JD. Four hours later I asked one of the mechanic if he knows if there is something wrong with my car, he tells me that they already changed the oil and the car has been ready for a while!!! I asked him why they didnt tell me that, he says that JD tried to call me but I didnt answer (because my battery was dead). The other employee told JD that I have been waiting for a while. When I finally spoke with JD he said that he sees many people so he "couldnt out 2 and 2 together". He couldnt bother to ask the person waiting for 3 hours in front of him, which is her car? He couldnt listen to his coworker that told him that my car was ready?

I have not always had the best experience when it comes to dealing with auto centers. From Firestone on 1st and grant messing up the engine of one of my cars to Pep Boys on Oracle forgetting to put back the AC cap and doing nothing about it... I went on looking for a professional and pleasant auto service center. I can legitimately say that this Sears Auto Center Oracle location has met all my needs and the employees there have gone above and beyond to help me. Always courteous, they even matched a price for me to get me the better deal. I recently got new tires with them, and for some reason or other one of the wheel caps was missing from one of the rims the following morning, I called in to inform them of the mishap, without questions asked they replaced all four wheel caps at no cost to me. I can happily say I will continue to do business with them.

Unbelievable!!!!! I just now got off the phone with an employee from Sears Auto Shop and I was merely asking for a price on a battery, not being to familiar with batteries,wires and all that under the hood of my car I had a few questions to ask for instance "how much does a battery cost? Then employee sighs as if I am bothering him. It is only my first question. I am then told there are 3 different models for my car & The employee sighs again! I am feeling like I am bothering him and he has no time for me. then I asked if there is a model # on my battery that would indicate l what model my battery is and then another sigh! I went to say thank you and hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Went to sears for a simple truck enlightenment. Employee came back after looking at the truck told me he would have to clean the "Toe" of the control arm each side to complete the job. Employee said, he could complete the job for $55 each side? it was a little dirt build up, nothing a little water and rag could not take care? $85 dollars for enlightenment $55 each side $200 to complete the task? I grab my keys and ran. I took my truck somewhere else had it done for $50.00 Dont go here Employees get paid by hour and commission. Always trying to sell you something more.
