If I could give 0 stars, I would. Short version is: car taken in on Friday. Picked up after replacement of a sensor and $600.00. Still didnt feel like it was running right. Went to start it at 4am Monday, wont start. Finally get it started, drive it over. Call at 7am, deny they did anything wrong. Explained that I needed it looked at and a callback by 8:30 so I could figure out work arrangements. No call. Called and was told the sensor was bad (the one replaced on Friday) and they were getting the part and should be ready around 10:30. Called at 10:45, not ready and there is something else wrong. Tech will call. No call, called again. The part is here and tech will call in 10 minutes. No call, again...called the shop and was told they are putting the part in, there is nothing else wrong. Should be ready soon. Went over to wait for car. Get there and guess what? They hadnt even started to put the part in. And now that Im standing here, there is something else. Fuel pump is bad. Never had any problems with cutting out until they "put the new sensor" in. Oh and BTW we wont have an estimate until tomorrow. The car now wont be ready til tomorrow either as they havent even started to replace the bad sensor (they just got it) when they told me they already had it and were installing it. One hand doesnt know what the other is doing. Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and use a different shop! I know I will!

Excellent customer service that you just cant find these days. The lobby was extremely clean with brand new comfortable sofas and chairs. My oil change only took an hour even though they seemed busy and I was a walk in. While I was in the lobby I saw the staff interact with about 10 people and they treated everyone as if they were family and went out of their way to provide excellent service. They have a window from the lobby to the service bays and all the bays were open making it easy to see your vehicle being worked on. Even if you dont stay in the lobby to wait they provide a shuttle service and in the same parking lot there are several resturants and other shopping to go to while you wait. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back here.

Truth Serum

Everything started well with Christian brothers as far as getting the oil changed in n my vehicles. I appreciated their service so much I took my other cars in for more serious services. Long story short, I was charged or given an estimate for fixes that were extremely expensive and over priced or the fix wasnt necessary at all. For example, I suspected I needed a new wheel bearing ($400) from a low rumbling sound my car made but they insisted I needed new shocks and struts ($1200). I asked my personal mechanic about the issue and sure enough it was the wheel bearing. He only charged me $60. They are genuinely nice people but being nice doesnt make you a great mechanic. Id warn you to just be careful.

My first trip to Christian Brothers was due to an emergency problem with my car. The staff were all Very kind and helpful and repaired the car, and also did a free diagnostics test which showed all of my tires were very much out of alignment. They corrected the problem at a very reasonable price and very quickly. I was particularly impressed when I also notice they had free Christian literature. Since I am a Christian and try my best to live my faith, I was very pleased to do business with a Christian business. Thoroughly impressed by this business and the people who work there. Estimate of $2300.00 nearly made me soil myself. Everyone there is nice but I felt taken. I went for alignment on my 4 year old car and was told Lower Arm Assembly, shocks, struts needed to all be replaced immediately. Fortunately I got a second opinion and only the lower arm assembly needs to be replaced. My regular mechanic of ten years can do all he work for way less. And BTW when I dropped off my car during the appointment time it took about 3 hours just for the estimate. My mechanic took 15 min to test drive and take a good look. The plus is that they do give you a ride. They said they are competitively priced. Youve been warned!

Very professional, theyll give you a detailled report of whats wrong, with pictures of the damage and explanations. Its definitely not the kind of place that will pretend something is wrong and you need to replace your whole engine. The waiting room is very confortable, you will be given fresh bottled water and they even have candies and things for children. They also have a free shuttle to take you to your home if needed. Theyll even do little checkups for free if youre a client. They wont only make you spend less money, theyll help you have a good day, and that is priceless.

My brother is deployed to Iraq at the moment and he wants his classic car restored. We came to Cristian brothers and we have had no regrets. They have been above board and honest through the many times we have brought them the car. They put you with the same contact whenever you go in so they always know whats going on with your vehicles specific needs. Randy is amazingly nice and great to work with. They have worked on this car 8 or 10 times by now and Randy has been our contact every time. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Truly BLESSED to have taken my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive. Their ATTITIDE, SUPPORT, and ATMOSPHERE are best to none. Once I arrived and informed them what I needed done to my vehicle, they were VERY honest and caring of my needs. The best part, was what they gave me for estimate (over the phone) and what I paid upon leaving, was totally a BLESSING. I brought my car to Christian brothers because my window regulator had gone out. I left my car with them and received a phone call saying that my car part would cost $380 and the total to fix it would be $566. I called around to another garage and two different part stores and the cost of the part was only $140. I can understand paying a little bit of a mark up on a part but more then double is ridiculous. I bought the part and fixed it myself. Definitely do your research dont trust them just because they claim "Christian"

Honest people. Competitive prices. Free shuttle to and from work. I shopped around for a better deal on a water pump change and every other major auto shops said the quote Christian Brothers gave me for labor was unheard of in the business today. Needless to say, I went with Christian Brothers and they will be my mechanics for life. The owners are very down to earth and Marc was great to chat with during my shuttle ride to and from work. I liked that they were vary thorough. Loved the email along with the pictures of each problem and they were rated as to what needed imediate attention and what could wait a while. I set the apointment up for my wife and she was well taken care of. I even got a follow up phone call a day or two later just asking if everything was all right. Christianbrothers know what they are doing and have the best costomer service.
