Took my wife’s car up to have the brake system flushed. I was told they empty and refill the reservoir several times as well as bleed the new fluid through each of the calipers. Once they started work it took them about 10 minutes. My car was on the ground the whole time. Thought this was odd since I know the bleed valve for the calipers is on the inside of the caliper behind the wheel. Accessible without the lift or tire removal but it would be a pain. I didn’t have time to check everything out before leaving as I had to get my kids from school. After getting home I checked the reservoir and noticed lots of floaters in the fluid. I then removed a tire and checked the bleed valve on the caliper. It was dirty, dusty and not a drop of brake fluid anywhere to be seen. Had they bled the calipers the dust would have been smudged from removing the dust cap and there would be evidence of some fluid from the bleed. There was nothing. I took it back and explained to them what I noticed. I didn’t get a "Sorry let me look into that." or any sort of disbelief in what I had suspected. He took my keys and said there was an oil change in front of me and he would try and be quick. I took this as not only an admission of guilt but that it probably happens frequently. There was no apology, or anything to try to make it right. Just dumb silence. Do not take your car there. They tried to rip me off by not performing the work I paid them to do. They were thinking I was an ignorant and clueless dummy. I know how to take care of my cars and how to bleed brakes. I am at a place in life I can afford to pay somebody else to do the work for me. I will not be paying Fletchers ever again.

I took my vehicle in to have an AC system check and an oil change. This should have taken 3 hours according to my place in line and the time quoted to the customer ahead of me. 6 hours later, they hadnt even called, so I called them. They told me they found a couple of leaks in my AC system and asked if I wanted them fixed. I asked what the estimated repair costs were and the guy told me "I dont know". I explained I wasnt going to authorize repairs that they couldnt even tell me the cost of. They went ahead and did the oil change and called me to pick up my car and told me they would have a full estimate on the AC repairs when I got there. When I went to pick it up, I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to even appear. Their phone was ringing off the hook with no one answering it and the technicians in the bay were laughing and mocking the phone ringing and ringing. I finally went out into the bay and asked for someone to help me. They didnt have any AC estimate and didnt even bother to provide it to me. The paperwork they did give me was vague and included that I declined a repair on my rear main engine seal, which they never told me about until I paid. When I asked about the full AC estimate, the guy left the room and never came back. I finally left. This place was completely unprofessional and I would be terrified to ever leave my car with them again.

I have been going to this location for 3 years (for oil changes only), because it is close enough to my home that if I have to (which is pretty much every time) I can leave my car and walk home. Their prices are ok, their service sucks, and the employees at the desk dont have a clue about anything. They are slow to get things done, plan on anything taking twice as long as they say it will. My husband took his car in for just the basic oil change ($20) and when he went to pick it up he found out they did the full synthetic instead without asking and refused to give him his car until he paid $60 instead of the original $20. Needless to say he will never go back. I however decided to take mine in and make sure they would do only the basic. I went in just after they opened for an oil change and was told that if I havent made an appointment then they couldnt do it for me. SAY WHAT?? Ive always been able to drop it and go no matter what time of the day it is that I get there. Not to mention they had just done my husbands no questions asked! When I asked the employee when they implemented this he told me he didnt know, but without an appointment they wouldnt do it. I get needing an appointment for major work, but an oil change when they can have the car all day?! Needless to say I wont be going there again either especially with so many others close to my home.

Although Fletchers is bought out by Firestone, Luis and Jed at my location at Power Rd and Queen Creek Rd have handled my needs just fine, and Luis is still short on employees but strives to meet demands. I was a new Fletchers customer just before the take over. Years ago, I was a line mechanic at Berge Mazda and usually do my own work, so I am very particular of the attention my cars receive. I talk and listen to the manager, staff and techs. I learned about each of them before the take over. I also learned the challenges they faced during the transition and still face. My location was/is understaffed, had fewer bays available to work out of because they had to store new inventory and equipment in them, yet make due with the customer demands as usual. Nobody is perfect. They did and still do their best for me. It is when they stop caring that I will move on, and they havent shown me any signs of that at all. I also learned that Firestone has added to their compensation packages with education, health and other benefits that they didnt have before. They are better off now with Firestone they told me, which should trickle down to more customer satisfaction. Happy employees, happy customers. Just like, "Aint Momma happy, Aint nobody happy". I hope this helps you.

Fletchers on Queen Creek earned a customer for life! I brought in my new to me minivan for an oil change/tire rotation using a Groupon. When I called to pick up my vehicle they asked if they could SHOW me the problems they were seeing. Extremely rusty underside including shocks/struts, calipers. Over $1000 worth of work, but seemed genuinely concerned for my familys safety and did what they could to work down the price. I am not in the practice of spending large amounts of money without a second opinion, so I got one from another company. When I received a different diagnosis along with measurements that seemed concerning. I went back to Fletchers to see why the difference. Luis, the manager, took me back into the shop and actually SHOWED me the measurements with the tools he uses. The other company had not been very honest. I decided to have them do the work and he reworked calculations to give me all the discounts he possibly could, getting me out the door in a safer vehicle at a lower cost than previously quoted! Thank you Luis, Ryan, and Jacob for caring about my familiys safety and well being and a job well done!
