Excellent customer service and integrity! I recently had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and the day before the oil change, my power steering went out in my Honda Civic and power steering fluid was leaking. Jiffy Lube told me I needed a complete Rack and Pin replacement for my power steering, quoting me over $1100 for a replacement. I contacted the Honda Dealership and explained the situation to them too and they said it would be $1300. Getting both prices was pretty stressful, so I looked at automotive centers in Chandler and read other reviews, deciding to contact Christian Brothers. I spoke with Dean over the phone and after telling him the prices of other services, he said they seemed too high. I came in today to get a quote and they immediately helped me out and raised my car and had a tech and Dean looking over the car. The other owners at the front were very friendly and had excellent customer service! After about 10 minutes, they came back and explained that when previous maintenance was done on my car, the power hose for the steering was routed incorrectly and it rubbed against the exhaust and that was causing the leak. The Pin and Rack was still in great condition and had no problems. Dean then got on the phone, found the part and was able to quote me the whole service cost, and it was less than $400 with parts, tax and labor included. I arrived at 3:30 pm for just a quote and I had my car repaired and back on the road at 6:30 pm. They even offered to drop me off at home in their company shuttle (I had my fiance to pick me up). I was really grateful that they squeezed me in very last minute and I made the right decision giving them a call. They will definitely have my future business!

These guys are amazing! They came recommended after my wife and I were experiencing some major electrical issues with our car. After taking it to the manufacturer who simply wanted to throw parts at the issue and charge us an insane amount, we decided to have Christian Brothers fix the problem. The team at Christian Brothers are a classic example of quality customer service. They are honest and very thorough with their work. Every time I spoke with them, I was treated with respect and received detailed explanations of the problems they found with our vehicle. Every team member works with integrity and they can be trusted. Christian Brothers Automotive also has the cleanest shop you will ever see in the industry which really speaks to their work ethics. My wife and I were very satisfied with the level of competency and service we received!

I had Greulichs replace my timing belt and water pump on my 01 Xterra. 2 months later it over heated and I took back to Greulichs, they told me my head gasket had blown. It was going to cost 2000.00 to fix it. After months of waiting i took it to Christian Brothers Automotive and told them the issue. They ran several test and concluded it was not my head gasket! But my timing belt was installed too tight and was over pulling my water pump to one side and rubbing on the inside of my engine block causing the water pump not to work properly. I had Christian Brothers Automotive repair it and my Xterra has been running great since. Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive! It is nice to deal with honest and trustworthy people.

They care of fixing your issue the best way possible I felt that they truly wanted to resolve my issue. Not just making a buck. While it did take two attempts to find and resolve the complete issue, one part caused another to fail and would not be obvious that the second part would fail. When you have a car that is over 5 years with a hard 160k miles on it things are going to start breaking down. They really did care about fixing my car and followed up several times to make sure it is actually taking care of. whill use them again.If you have a minor issue that you are ignoring... have them check it out before it cause major issues because of neglect.

The guys at Christian Brothers Automotive we fantastic. Had some mechanical issues on an older vehicle that I wanted to get looked at. They were able to diagnose the problems and tell me upfront exactly how much everything would cost to fix it. Never felt pressured to have any work done and helped me find a towing company when I decided to scrap my vehicle. They went above and beyond to help my husband and I and always offered us rides to wherever we were headed (we had a second vehicle, but the gesture was nice). Would highly recommend and if I ever need any work done to my vehicle in the future I will be returning.

Needed an oil change on a 2012 Ford Fusion. They had appointment times available that were convenient. Its located in same center as Target, PetSmart, etc., so I could have done some shopping while I waited, but the waiting room was comfortable, so I just stayed. Work was completed on time (about an hour). I wanted full synthetic, so with discount the charge was $67.45. They gave me an alert that the air filter should be checked on next visit and that a leak was beginning to develop from the timing case. Car was waiting for me just outside the door. Spoke to two employees behind the counter, both were very friendly.

My Ford wasnt running good so I Googled closest shop to drive to and there were a few but I chose this place because of their name and the principles they stand behind. I had a wonderful experience even though they are by appointment only, Tony identified the worry and stress I had and also my vehicle in me getting back on the road so he talked to his team and got me fit in with their busy schedule. They did an awesome and above and beyond job and I and also VERY thankful for them. I will be coming here in the future for all the best reasons based on my emergency situation and amazing customer service.

The team at Christian Brothers Automotive did a fantastic job on my repairs. I worked with Bryan and Troy who were very professional and great advocates of the company. The shop is super clean and looks very well organized. They have a shuttle service (not an actual shuttle, but a very clean dodge SUV) that will drop you off and pick you up from your home, which is very convenient. I checked with a few other companies and CBAs pricing was right on point which proved to me that they provide an honest price. They will be my go-to for now on, highly recommend.

From the second I phoned in for an appt, I knew I liked this place. They didnt have an opening available that day. However, they told me I could drop off my truck and they would work on it when they had an opening between appointments. Instead of taking all day, it only took a few hours. The price was reasonable and they didnt try to upsell me anything. They did inform me of things I should look into at a later date. Very happy and satisfied. This is the place where I will I go for any maintenance or problems my vehicle may have in the future.
