Shameless Hidden Pricing. I recently took my vehicle into this shop for an alignment and felt slighted. Bill does appear very honest and he is soft spoken, its too bad hes only in it for him. I called in advance about the $59 coupon featured on their website and asked specifically if they would honor the price on my vehicle, the woman who answered the phone said they would. So I brought my car down, It rides pretty low and I know the camber cannot be adjusted on this car from the factory settings. So after his mechanic got my car on the lift he said there was no way of making a camber adjustment. So I said yes all I want is my toe adjustment fixed. Which they did. However, when Bill (ironic) and I went to settle up I then presented the coupon. What did he do, he would not honor it. He charged me over $100 for half the work, as they did not have to adjust the camber. I asked the woman on the phone prior to coming in how long it would take for the wheel alignment she told me 1 hour. Well when Bill refused my coupon, he told me the $59 was for car that did not take exceptional amounts of time. My car was in the back of his shop for just under and hour. Where is the honesty anymore? I will never bring either one of my 2 Mercedes here again, Nor will I recommend this shop. I also have spoke with my tire guy who told me to go here, as I have been loyal to him for 6 years. He will not be sending anyone to his shop anymore.

If I could give a zero I would this place stole my water pump and our gasket. We bought our parts from auto zone brand new and payed air park to install the parts for us. When we though all was well a few days later our car started leaking fluid again and when we called they never called us back. We thought maybe it was just condensation but then we had to drive to Dallas and all of a sudden our car started leaking dramatically. We found a nice little shop right outside of Dallas that gave us a free exam and told us the water pump was leaking and that it was the original water pump in other words had never before been changed. I was totally shocked and so sad that someone would actually take my parts that I bought from people I trusted. Never going there again.

Chandler and Alex have always treated me with great courtesy and explained why they take the measures they do. poor service with dealer price, I went there for oil change and he charge as much as the dealer, and he said he would check the tires and aliment, but he didnt do any of that, I asked him would it cost for changing timing belt, and he said I had to leave the car there and he would give me the price after it was done, I really dont trust this guy, I would not recommended, and now the car drift to the side, Im not sure what else he did.

They have state of the art equipment and professional technitions. I was refered to this place by several people I know, and now I understand why they bring their vehicles here.
