The sales folks are great but management can use a lesson courtesy and honesty. We went on a Thursday and met a AWESOME sales person named Tyler S. who guided us through the 2 cars we were looking at: Sonata and Elantra. He understood our needs and wants and answered all questions. He also let us know of a big sale at the TCC and informed us that sales managers were more likely to make better deals there. So, we made a appt. and went to see him the next day. He guided us to our first choice, the Sonata and we decided on the color and style and proceeded to the negotiation phase. Note: A basic Sonata MSRPs for somewhere around $22K. Jim Click was offering $5000 off this particular car. (Said so in big stickers ON THE CAR) But with the optional add ons (Which management would later tell me is mandatory) the price jumped to around $24K. Hence, after discount ($2,500 rebate from Hyundai and $2,500 rebate from Jim Click) the price was $19,400... During the first pencil (yes, I sold cars back in the days), we saw that number and let them know that we asked about the options they added on. 1. Maintenance (Oil Changes and tire rotations only) for life (Was told by the sales manager that it was every 7500 miles.) When I asked if we can do it every 5,000 miles as recommended by most mechanics on a newer car, was told no. That ARIZONA is not considered a "harsh" environment for cars. I dont know about you but Ive always been told that car care in Southern AZ is a little more stringent on the account of the weather here. 2. Pinstripe - Really? 3. Window tint - Its AZ. Of course, this one I am going to get. Still, this is the fun part, where you haggle and try to get the best deal. The sales manager does not really listens to what I have to say and tells me all sorts of things that I know to be false or mean. "We are losing $1400 on this deal, just to sell you a car at this price" = I think why is he then even selling me the car......liar. "The $2500 Jim click discount is an addendum discount that we can only use to discount options" = He clearly did not think this one through before he said that because all we wanted off really was the useless Maintenance for life at $1000. In fact, when I refused this option repeatedly AFTER he had told me multiple times its MANDATORY, he scribbled a new price on the sheet of paper sans the $2,500 Jim click discount....making the car $1500 higher. Umm gee.... are we in the 3rd grade? Is this how Jim Click wins over customers? When I showed him an offer from AutoNation Hyundai in Tempe... for $17,800, including the email chain showing that Military and College discounts were not included in the price, he said "well thats an SE (lowest) and ours is a sport (next level up). Umm, no. It was actually the other way around. Jim Clicks car was an SE. Basic.... Generally, my wife and I were treated with disdain, and as I was looking down at my phone a few times to get more info, the sales manager would roll his eyes or glare at me...(according to the wife). Perhaps he was having a bad day? Or maybe we were the ultimate HMOs (How much off)? With us being of Asian decent, maybe he thought strong arm tactics would help him sell? Advice to Jim Click: We never wanted to go to Phoenix to buy our car. We are proud Tucsonians that want to spend in our community. But we also want the best deal possible and will do everything we can to make every dollar count. Treat people with more respect, even when they seem to make outrageous demands.. (My counter offer was $17,400 which the wife thought was nuts but I would have gladly settled for $18K) Dont lie...or say stuff that are just not true. If you are going to fib a little, do so in a friendlier way. WE know you need to make money too, so at least pretend to negotiate instead of sticking to your first pencil and not budging one bit because you want to show off to your people. Tyler, you did great! Your boss ruined it for you. Hope you find a more honest boss to work for!

I am from So Cal. And on my way to the Green Valley area my check engine light came on. Tuesday I called the Jim Click Hyundai in Sahaurita first and they told me there was nothing the could do until Thursday, not even run the diagnostics. They could run the diagnostics on Thursday but it would run $130, I told the person on the phone my car was still under warranty and they replied it might come off the bill if the problem is covered by the warranty, my reply was that is ridiculous. So I called the other two Jim Click Hyundai dealers in Tucson and their appointment times available to fix the car werent until next week. The service writer Scott I talked to at the Auto Mall location told me to bring it in so he could run the diagnostics on the car at no cahrge. Scott did say he didnt have any appointments to fix what was wrong with my car until Monday and I am leaving AZ on Friday. I arrived shortly before noon, and Scott helped me right away. He ran the diagnostics and it was an update to the ECM system the caused the light to come on. He asked if I had two hours and he would get it updated since I am so close to the warranty expiring. I waited about 2 hours and 15 minutes and it was done. I would of rated 5 stars if he had told me over the phone if it is minor we will work it in.

So the people at Jim click Hyundai here in Tucson (who Ive had nothing but bad experiences with...both locations) most recently REFUSED to tell me the part number of the little $3 rubber grommet that I needed for my CF hood I just installed on my 2013 genesis coupe in order to depress the button in the engine bay, telling the car the hood is closed, so it locks properly with the key fob. The guy on the phone flat out would not give it to me for fear I would "just go look it up online and buy it somewhere else". Well duh and thats my right, but wow theyre being petty doing that on a $3 grommet. TL:DR-- Do not do business with Jim click Hyundai east AND automall location. Heres the part number for the grommet in case anyone else installs an aftermarket hood on bk2 Genesis coupe. Its called a pad lid switch and its 92736-2D000. Perpetrators.

I took my car for an issue I was having with it. Janelle was my advisor and she was great, she always kept me updated on what was going on with my car. They had to give me a rental car because they couldnt finish it on time due to ordering parts. They took care of everything. They fix everything that they need to fix. They even cleaned the inside of my car ie: vacumm, dusted, and washed it. The supervisor Eric was very nice and made sure I was happy with my service. I am really happy with my experience.
