I took my 01 Eclipse GT into this location. They recommended I come back for another oil change at 154k miles. I suggested an earlier return, at 152k miles. My car is still 300 miles shy of 152k. I should have another 2k+ miles on it but then my car starts ticking and I check my dipstick to find it is bone dry. This is the second car that these rookies couldnt manage. If I had time to do my own changes I would but I dont have time and this is their ONE JOB. How hard is it to change oil? Jiffy Lube has been in trouble in the past charging for services they do not provide to you. Claiming to add or switch things they never even screwed with. I believe they charged me full price and didnt complete the job. My car was only in the shop for 10 minutes and today has ZERO oil in it. My guess is they didnt add enough. My car has no leaks. There is no excuse. You guys suck and do not belong in business. Stop touching vehicles you have no knowledge of. I trust my vehicle with Walmarts tire and lube department than these clowns.

I was first told it would be a 30 min wait and I was there well over an hour. Then I asked if they topped off all fluids and I was told that they did and they would vacuum the carpets in the car. I said great and went to the waiting room. When it was almost time the guy came and told me how much it was(twice the price of my normal place) and what all they did. He did say they topped everything off but did not mention anything about the vacuum. When I got into my car I noticed the carpets had not been vacuumed, but I was in a hurry and it really wasnt that big of a deal. This morning I tried to clean my windshield and they definitely did not top off fluids... no fluid came out at all! I will be having my car looked over by one of the mechanics at my work to see if they even changed the oil. or did anything else... Never again will I ever go back there and I will be calling to complain.

I waited there for an hour and a half - not so jiffy. There were only two people in front of me, and the technicians came out to tell those other two customers that their oil filter was not in stock. On top of that, they were unable to get the oil filter for those customers so they waited uselessly. The technicians didnt tighten a drain plug so now I have an oil leak on my brand new car. I asked about window chip repair, they wrote it on my paperwork but never followed up with me on getting that completed. Technicians didnt even put a new sticker for the next oil change in my window. Ill just stick with taking my car to the dealership - which was less expensive!!

Im insecure without my husband when it comes to attending car shops because I feel like theyll rip me off. However today I came in and was greeted extremely nicely, then explained everything (which for once I understood what he was talking about). But all three guys were nice, full of energy, and overall respectful. One thing I would recommend is to change the coupon policy, as one associate was upset about it, but working in the hospitality industry, I can understand where he is coming from. Overall, it was a painless way to find out why my engine light and maintenance light turned on. Will be coming again!

Ive been taking my Toyota Scion XD to this Jiffy Lube for over 2 years. Now all of a sudden, even before Im out of the car, a young man comes over to tell me that they dont carry filters for my car. They would have to order one before I could get an oil change. So I say..."I guess Ill go somewhere else then". He says "ok" and we leave. Hmmm, must not want my repeat business on all of our vehicles. Now Im finding a new company to work with. Jiffy Lube has been my go to place for as long as I can remember. This is just sad.

Absolutely excellent experience here. Even though I was only coming by to ask to use there Allen wrenches to fix my bike one of the personnel kindly took me to his tool box and proceeded to allow me to use any and all tools I needed to fix my bike. ALL THIS FREE OF CHARGE!!! So in k essential words these folks arent out for a quick buck and genuinely care about wash "customers" whether they purchase something or not.

I got a 2 new wiper blades a couple of weeks ago and I had to use them for the first time a couple of days ago in the crazy storm. The drivers side wiper blew off the arm after a couple of swipes. I came back to the store today. Not only did they replace it for free (I expected), but Gus also gave me a 15% off card and $20 off my next service! Over and beyond! Very happy!

Went in to get an oil change 5w 20 semi-synthetic was told $70 for an oil change. Most places in Arizona Phoenix charge around 40 Texas is around 25 what a rip off needless to say did not get my oil change there. The guy that waited on me didnt even talk about regular 5:20 and a coupon that was available for an oil change of 2699
