So a while back I had to go in because I had lost A LOT of power, like I couldnt even climb a small hill let alone a canyon road without being down in like 2nd or 3rd gear, I had 2 out of 5 catalytic converters go out, and they told me it would be a while waiting for the ordered parts to get in. A week passed and I called asking when to drop my truck off and they said the shipper had delayed the order, and that it would be another week. Fast forward to the next Friday, and the parts wouldnt be in till tomorrow morning, but Jim sent his son down at 5am to be there as the place opened to grab the parts and get them back so I could have the car that night(long story short major emergency). The original quote was around $1000 but the shipper was in the wrong and Jim (bless his amazing shop) made them help for screwing things up and was able to get it to me when I needed it and with a major discount for my time and trouble. I am saying this with my whole heart thank you Jim you are a miracle worker and I wont be going to any other auto shops as long as I live in the sate of Utah, even if Im getting bullseye on a flat bead and bringing him up myself. My whole family has gone in on occasion but after they saw what this place had done for me my family only goes here now. If you want help and a good price and amazing customer service Run Right Auto is the only shop in Wasatch county to go to, Thanks Jim!!!!!

this shop plane and simple SUCKS DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. so they told me they could get my car in so I took it to them and then they said it will be a day or two to find the problem we will call you back ok thats fine. a week goes by no call and so I call them and then they tell me oh we have not pulled it in yet then say we will get to it today and call you tomorrow. tomorrow comes no call. next day comes my wife calls them they feed her a line of lies saying they told me all thies things and now they cant get to it. after that I go to pick it up and they then try to CHARGE ME FOR SERVICE OH he*l no. so if I was in dieing need of a shop Id drive to the other end of the world befor going here worst service ever. this shop is a joke.

Run Right Auto is the best place to take your car in Heber City! Jim and his crew were accommodating and friendly. They were very thorough in finding the problem in my car. He explained what was happening in terms I could understand, and he presented options for the best course of action. The rates were very reasonable, and honest. I will definitely recommend Run Right Auto to anyone, and will go back there for any future car troubles.

Run Right Autos customer service is top notch. We broke down while camping and eventually we were able to get our vehicle down to Run Right Auto. Even though they were swamped with other repairs, Jim took the time to diagnose our vehicle. Jim was as nice as could be, it felt like I was talking with a neighbor the way he treated me and my situation.

This is the best car repair experience of my life. We were traveling from Utah to Pennsylvania and Jim (the owner) drove us in his personal vehicle from Heber to Orem while we waited for the car to be repaired. We couldnt have been more grateful for his Good Samaritan help and attitude. He really bent over backwards to get us going again.

Great service! They went above and beyond to fix my issue in a timely manner and saving me money. The part I needed didnt come standalone but as part of an expensive group of parts that cost $800. They looked everywhere and where able to find the specific piece for under $100 and had it shipped overnight saving me over $700.

My Volkswagen was in a wreck which ruined the front suspension driveline and power steering control. These guys gave me the best rate, had my car repaired quickly, and dealt with my insurance company. Jim is awesome and all the guys care about the customer and always give professional advice and complimentary inspections.

It took 1 month before they started and finished a 6 hr job. I was told 3 times it was on the lift and 4 times they would start on it tomorrow. Said I would get a $100 discount - Still charge me for the full amount. Piss poor customer service.
