They have the worst employee ever, the one at the counter and her name is Cassandra Gomez, should be fired!!!!!!! She has zero customer service training, very rude and impatient and she even raise her voice on me??!!!!!! Hows that as an employee!!!! I wanted to send a bank book and she said that they might hold in d immigration of destination so i said I want to take a chance and then she mention that its restricted so i said if its restricted then I cant send it and she suddenly raise her voice on me???!!! If its restricted she should not have accepted and process in the first place!! Also same day when I was waiting in line a woman was also arguing with her because of her service. Fee times I witnessed a person arguing with her because she is a very rude person!!!!

I want to give the current taco truck sized building a good review, but with poor service, hours and only 1 person ever at the front desk and little room to fill out address labels and paperwork inside...just no. This may not be San Francisco, but we deserve better service than this. We have one of the most popular high schools in the area and tons of housing and a big population. This was an inappropriate downsizing, and I hope they find a bigger building because the next nearest post office is Vallejo or Napa. I work from home and cannot afford to go there on a frequent basis with these conditions. Maybe Ill start selling bigger items and just go to UPS instead of USPS

Cassandra Gomez is a horrible customer service rep. If you cant do your job find another one. I just wish her managers could see just how she is with customers. My experience with her was not pleasant which included attitude, sarcasm, and tone of voice. The worst part is if she keeps it up she might say something to the wrong customer and it wont be pretty. The fact we have to deal with this b.s just to mail a package out is ridiculous.

I was really impressed with the speed here. I showed up on Tax day and thought the line would take a long time. Surprisingly It didnt take long at all. The woman who served me was very friendly and efficient.
