Dear Rhonda ( Manager of this location), I hope you find a job that makes you happy. Based on your customer service and over all rude attitude, you seem miserable and I just want you to know that out of the kindness of my heart, I will pray for you. I pray that your day/ life gets better. Like Pastor Scott said once, Hurt people hurt people. Your job is to help us taxpayers with whatever questions we ask, or guidence we need. The fact that I "Make your job hard for you," makes me think that you havent worked there very long. You are right though, it is my fault that I lost my P.O. box number, but heres the thing, you have no idea what the person on the other side of the telephone is going through. You could be the one to make a difference for the better, but instead you decided to do the opposite. God loves you and he wants you to love others... Try going to Church. It will change your life. Thank you

They actually to help customers! Google says the post office closes at 4 on saturday, in reality they close at 3, I did not know that and showed up at 330 to pick up a package, and they actually were willing to go into the back to help me locate that package even though they were really close. Update: came back when they open to pick up a package that is scheduled to be delivered today (i will not be home for that) so i was told i could pick it up in the morning. Now they said its here, but would not give it to me. Stating the mail carrier did not want to look for it right now... And they need to attempt a delivery??? What??? Im right in front of you.... Just give it to me. I think this is absolute nuts... Needless to say, i will not be getting my package....

I first want to say to not trust yelp. They take away most of the 5 stars for money reasons. This post office has the same friendly workers that you can get to know but the lines/workers are so slow. Somedays the lines are short but most of the time it takes forever. I recommend going to the machine because it can be faster and it was also a dollar or two cheaper for each package ( I only have shipped out priority flat rates ). Decent place but not the best.

Always a line, rarely enough staff to cover crowd and mail package pick up window could use some help customer service wise. One person accepts one form of identification and the next person i get will ask for something else. Window moves at a snails pace.

Professional and courteous staff. However I hope Google changes their published work schedule for Saturday. Its not 9:00am to 4:00pm, but 9:00am to 3:00pm.
