The posted hours are apparently, merely a suggestion to the staff and not a requirement. Dont go there for passports if you expect to be able to also have your picture taken (as the website states is possible). Passport hours are 0900-1530, however, the staff member told me the passport rep usually comes in around 1030 or so.

this post office is so junky looking, it is not well kept, the bushes are not cut and there is trash everywhere. The lobby is not open at 6 am like it is posted. it is not open at 7 am on a lot of days.
