POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I Called this store yesterday for a nail in my tire with slow leak. (one of my tires that I bought here at this store) I was told to come in at 7 a.m. because the first appointment was scheduled at 8 a.m. I got here at 0701 and was told another person buying 4 tires was ahead of me because he had a 7 a.m appointment for new tires and I have to come back at 8:30 to get the nail in my tire fixed. What a joke! Never had anything like this at Les Schwab or Big O, ever. I have one car and two 4x4 trucks. Was not owning up to a your mistake worth losing my business?

Took longer than they said. One hour turned into three. I got one tire replaced and they didnt check the air in all the other tires even though i asked it in the office. I left there with two tires that have low Air. Im going back to Les Schwab where they actually do their job. Also the bald black guy at the counter was rude. Another customer next to me told me he was rude to him earlier. That guy belongs in the back changing tires. Not doing customer service. I WILL NEVER RETURN. + They have no water for customers on hot days.
