I went to this place hoping to get rotation, balancing and oil change. Ive come here all the time and its been ok. I went on a weekday Monday afternoon and I was waiting for help for over 10 minutes. One guys came in didnt even acknowledge me. Look at paperwork all over the desk and walked out. There was one other customer just sitting and wondering whats going on. It Saturday now and Ive called and no one picked up. I really dont know what is going on anymore with this place. I got a credit card with them that I dont think Im going to us anymore. Its ridiculous. Im so close to being with this place. Ive seen multiple manager get replace and people let go. Unfortunately they were better then the one now. Mom and pop shop it is now. At least I know I can get good service.

The fraud stories at this location are true. They closed the garage door while they were supposed to put air on my tires and clearly they were trying to slash one of my tires that way that can come back and tell me i have a flat tires which would lead me to buying a tire from them...so i decided to stand close to my car and thr mechanic and one of the other guys kind of freaked out and proceeded to finish the job they were to do in the first place (this took over 2 hours just to put in my tires !!!)....STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Made an error as to what location, I made an appointment with and they thought it was so funny, they had to laugh, and rather than ask if they could help or make the same deal since they are all connected they they laughed. Unfortunately they spoke for wheel works and Firestone as a whole as far as customer service. So me and my 4 cars will find another way to have the cars serviced. With the exception of lifetime services already paid for. Thank you Dis- Satisfied Customer

I went here for a flat tire changing, but a guy told me I need to change 4 tires. I did the quote for price, they wanted to charge me 330 bucks for 4 regular tires plus 170 labor fee, so total is 500 bucks. This price seems ridiculously, I nerver know it needs to pay labor fee for tire changing. Then I left here and find another wheel shop in EL Camino, they told me I only need to change 2 tires and I paid 150 bucks totally, its reasonable. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Ive had a previous good experience, but not this time. Needed tire rotations before a long drive, so scheduled my appointment. I was told to allow 45 minutes, give or take. 2 hours later, they still werent finished and were finally about to get started. Not a problem if I were a walk in, but very annoying when you schedule 1.5hrs out of your work day for an appointment, and thats still not enough time for a 45 minute job. Needless to say, extremely disappointed.

Their shop just off kiely blvd. Had a air spicket (w.e its called) blow out. so Called these guys up and explained the issue. Cool dudes over the phone told what the deal was and to come on down. Working with them was convenient. Giving me a quote that was very reasonable. Fixed my tire in probably 6 minutes so all in all made me want to take the time to give these guys a good review. Thanks.

Brought in to change the rear tires on my 350Z. When I got it back, the rev light was set to 6800 RPM and there was a spanish music CD in the CD player. This is very hard to explain in any way other than the techs took my car out for a joyride to burn the last of the rubber. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Worst. They screwed simple tire change for my 2004 Merc and they gave a bill for 1k to repair for the noise coming after the tire change. When showed to other mechanic, he quickly found that it was the magnetic weight that was added for balancing caused the noise.

It is 3pm, there is no one here. My tire blew out literally around the corner and this place is empty 2 hours before close of business. And there is no voicemail available either. Just terrible.

Made an appointment at 2 for two new tires. Came 20 mins before was told it would take 1hr - 1.5 hrs. It actually took 2 hours. Thats too long for only 2 tires in my book.

I generally go here for something specific like wheel balancing or alignment and nothing more. Their service is usually quick and the results are generally on par.

Took my 350Z for a joyride before replacing the tires. Music CD was still inside with volume loud when I got it, and shift light was change from 4000 to 6800.
