I own a 1998 Mercedes SLK, which was an occasional weekend driver. I started to drive the SLK more frequently. Standard oil changes was the beginning of my service relationship with BTM. I was very happy with that service level. Next I had Brad perform the 60K service, again with no glitch, perfect service. I had BTM replace my breaks, soon after they performed my 90K service, including the replacement of two rear wheel tires. Again, BTM aced this service. They nailed the 4-Wheel alignment, which is somewhat tricky in this car. Overall my BTM Motorwerks experience was excellent. They provide a nearly identical service that your mainstream Mercedes dealership would provide except for the cost. Courteous, technicaly competent with exceptional value. How can you beat that? I fully recommend BTM Motorwerks for your maintenance and repair needs for your high-end German ride.

Besides managing an excellent automotive services repair firm, Brad et cie recognize car performance as is evident in their ownership of performance cars as well as frequent participation in racing events. My first experience was a PPI for a used Porsche. Not only was their inspection top notch, but Brad took the time to go over everything in detail afterwards for over 2 hours. The level of service I have continually received during the PPI and in subsequent interaction, has earned my business before I even owned my current car. Another HUGE note is their obvious passion for what they do. They love the cars and love their customers. Would recommend 11/10.

I was very happy with the service experience, and specifically, was thoroughly grateful for Brads honesty and sincerity. BTM Motorwerks have saved me zillions over the years vs. going to dealerships. They have the same diagnostic equipment the dealer does, but I get the personal attention of a local business. Theyve even installed some interesting upgrades and aftermarket parts on my BMW which has really increased its performance.
