Have a Door LATCH problem - ABW replaced it. It broke again 1.5 months later. Still under warranty, took it back this Manager started asking unnecessary questions - why it broke, did some one use some sort of tools or hanger to break this latch??? There is no marking/evidence what so ever for him to go there. He simply did not want to fix/replace again instead being very rude. Watch Out! ABW charges a full price for a cheap/junk part but gives you hard time if you took it back.

I had to come back one hr later when they got hold of the engine oil filter for mine. They charged what theyd said first. The office & work station were neat & clean.
