Sales Person "Chris Meyer" lacks Ethics. What ever he says to sell the car is absolutely false. Please take everything in writing from him. They just want to sell. Dont trust these guys. What ever they say, please take it in writing. My transaction was on 3rd Feb when I went to pick my 2014 Leaf from service and stopped by to ask about the promotional email which stated that "Bring us your old Leaf and come get a new 2017 its that simple! ". So I checked about it and informed the sales person that I still have two more moths of Lease on 2014 leaf and the sales guy said, "No worries, we will take care of the remaining payments and I can go with new Lease." Then I walked into the store and completed the process of new lease. During the negotiation and paper work process I kept on asking for two months balance on old lease and Chris kept on saying that they will take care of the balance payments on old Lease. During the paperwork even the finance manager "Codi Shubin" assured that they will take care of the balance payments on old lease. But they didnt keep the promise of paying the pending payments and Nissan Finance sent me early termination payments invoice. Why the hell do I do early termination and pay extra for new lease. And with this 2017 Leaf, this is the fourth Nissan vehicle in last 11 years I owned. This showroom is the only one who cheated me. I called the Nissan Finance customer care and they too told the same answer as they didnt receive any payments they sent me an invoice for remaining payments. I visited their two finance managers "Codi Shubin" and Travis. both of them took the details but none of them called back to update. From last two days I left four voice messages to Codi Shubin and still no response back from any of them. I strictly advise you to avoid this showroom. If at all you are going to buy something from them please make sure to get in writing of all their false promises. I am not going to refer to any of my friends this showroom.

Do you expect a certain level of reliability and trust as a consumer? This dealership provides neither if you answered "YES" to the above. Dublin Nissan 100% confirmed they will agree to the price via email (i still have a copy) and I was told they will honor the price in writing. I show up for a test drive with intentions to purchase but was given a "no, we will not honor the price" after sitting down in their office. They waited until I came into the dealership for a test drive to lie about the price. Take into account that the certificate of confirmation for final price was in the general sales managers hands as he was telling me its "impossible" for them to meet. After a week straight of me following up to confirm final out-the-door price, I was given a bait-and-switch once I drove out to the dealership for the car. I walked out of the office disappointed and upset without any viable options presented. Another manager tried to say they will offer the initially quoted price only if I finance through the dealership. Keep in mind, the initial price was confirmed upon regardless of whether I pay by cash or finance through the dealership. They added an extra $1,000 onto the initially confirmed price as I was seated to purchase the vehicle. This overall experience was unpleasant, distasteful, and there was a level of trust that was broken during this process. Dublin Nissan needs to be held accountable for the prices they agree upon. Consumers looking for a car should consider other options before visiting this dealership.

I bought a Nissan Leaf from Dublin Nissan Dealer and here is my experience! I walked into the dealer with very clear idea about the car I wanted, specs and price. I also mentioned that I have a halloween offer from a different dealer. They started questioning me about the offer and tried so hard to convincing me that this isnt a valid offer. They took the offer displayed on my email and went into a room, closed the door for about 5-10 mins. The sales guy came out and said this offer dont exist. I was like thank you and I was about to leave, but he was like did you make that up! Now I decided to proof that it is valid. I went back, emailed them the ad and THEY MADE ME CALL THE OTHER DEALER. WEIRD Im trying to explain my self! its on the companys website. After they verified everything, purchase was easy and fast. Ending part wasnt fun too. Car wasnt ready, not clean, not charged. I had to wait 1 hour after I got the key. When I asked about the rebate and stickers, they didnt seem to know everything, no one says the same thing and took forever to get me a copied paper with the "getting started" kind of things and asked me to stop by later if I have any questions. I gave 3/5 because I know that buying cars arent ever fun! and usually exhausting, but this one was overwhelming with issues

Brianna Steinmetz was my Sales Rep. Let me tell everyone about this person. She actually gives a s*** about whats going in your life, will search for what exactly you want if its within her power to do so, and shes not there to push a sale on you. My experience, I walk in and no one approach me, probably because Im super young looking but this would be 3rd vehicle, pay off the first two already. However, she was the only one that actually came up and greeted me and try to help me find who I was scheduled to meet which end up being her. She let my wife and I search all over, take our time, had our space to discuss, and answer our questions as we asked them. After 2 days of looking around we have decided on the 2017 Nissan Rogue Midnight Edition. At first, she had no midnight color rogue, overnight she search and found it in Frenso, went to Frenso to get it, and here I am now with black on black hence Midnight Edition Rogue I dont how much more I can say about this young woman but I miss the survey portion for her because my busy schedule, new to town, and baby on the way. I personalize a typed and signed letter that was sent to her for her copy and sent to her supervisor because I was that appreciative of her service.

We came to the dealership wanting to buy a new Nissan Murano. Paul and Timo (salesman) were very helpful and courteous and because of them we wanted to buy from this dealership.... until we met Steve, the sales manager. In discussing prices and which year of Murano we wanted to buy, he was extremely rude and offensive. I had to take our son home for a nap, while my husband continued the conversation. Steve and his higher ups (cant remember their names) repeatedly insinuated that my husband wasnt a "man"since he didnt want to make any final decisions without coming home and talking them over with me first. They repeatedly walked out of the room while we were mid-sentence and gave us false information about cars. They had no explanation why their sticker price was higher than MSRP for a vehicle and then got annoyed and got super aggressive trying to push a different vehicle on us. We left convinced that though we wanted a Murano, we did not want to give any money to this dealership. We drove to Petaluma, where they had fantastic service and prices. Im sorely disappointed that I will have to come to this dealership to service my new Murano... hopefully the service center is better than the sales department.
