Intelligent professional super dedicated team of automotive specialists! I highly recommend this service center because they did a great job on my brakes. I drive a Mercedes-Benz 2006 R350 which is a hunk a hunk of burning love! If you seen this car before you know that its very difficult to have this type of high occupancy vehicle stop on the dime. Often, I drive in San Francisco up and down hilly roads and I must say I can stop with confidence-- I know because Ive had to. The service was competitively priced but a lot less expensive than Mercedes-Benz dealership, where I usually have my car serviced. My AAA insurance agent recommended seeking automotive care with the AAA car center in San Jose. Their 24 month warranty, cost savings,and knowledgeable team made me take a chance. My car currently is out of warranty with Mercedes-Benz therefore I was willing to try a differential venue and I am happy I did so. Special thank you to Andrew, Boni, Vera, Alma, all the mechanics that work on my car in the palace, and to David who makes the best homemade cookies and sweet dishes ever! Skip the long lines of DMV and get your regular DMV stuff done here with shorter queues. Unfortunately no getting rid of queues completely. Ive used online payment of vehicle annual reg before but didnt get stickers on time and meanwhile got a ticket from a cop for not having updated reg sticker! Ugh. With AAA I can avoid such a mess. I understand not all employees are trained to handle everything but its odd to see some folks in the maintenance dept chatting away while others are exteremly busy taking care of customers in a queue.

My wife brought her car to this location to have oil changed, but when she took car home, the oil leaks really bad. She brought the car back and told them exactly the problem. After the inspection, the told my wife that they forgot to change the O-ring or (washer) and that was the cause and they told that they have changed a new washer. Question is when removing the Nut should the oil come out? They told my wife just "a bit"...Do you believe it? Please advise...I trust AAA, but this is really bad job...

This is a really nice facility and is very convenient to get car service done here. Normally, Id put down 5 stars for the quality, but Ive taken off a star due to what feels like a pretty significant price increase in the last time I went. Im not sure if this is a trend or just an outlier. If you go, look up coupons online! They can save you a lot of money. One example is when I got my brakes checked: $60 service brought down to $9.99 with a coupon.

Went in for vehicle inspection. Problems were noticed that made the rest of the inspection moot - they put the vehicle back up on the rack, walked me through what they had found, gave me some recommendations on next steps, and did it all at no charge since they didnt complete the full inspection. Good honest 3rd party.

Good place for oil change or very basic service. I once changed spark plugs for my prius and was charged, twice what I would have paid at my local mechanic. Nice waiting area and not very slow service specially if you go in early morning. DMV services is really good and usually quick relative to DMV.

Good customer service, fast, prices seem reasonable. Have not had an accident but they did cancel my service. They claim the card expired or was canceled, however i continue to use the same card to this day. Very confusing but they were able to fix the problem quickly without any additional charges.

Bad Customer service went two times to speak to travel agent first time she wasnt there. Today she was too busy and was going home.So she set me up with a guy that didnt know how to work the computer and he didnt help he just told me to go to AAA website and i can book everything there

supporting above comments. recorded message for office hours but nohing else isnt helpful. i decided to even to try and many drivers in front like me dispointed that they closed on no reason today. its not holiday today btw. if u close u need yo at least tell in the phone.

Weak people are working here they send my pink slip to wrong address and dont have capability to find a missing signature in only one pink slip paper which I am sure a student can easily find it and the manager is the weakest which hide their fault. Not recommended to anyone

This rating is based on the fact that when you call them a recorded voice lists their hours then hangs up on you. Thats not helpful. I needed to know if they offered a particular service before I drove WAY over to them, since they are the only office with Saturday hours.

Im trying to cancel a car service appt. at this facility and the website is not functioning; Ive tried calling twice and no one picks up the phone! How hard should I have to work to pay the simple courtesy of cancelling an appointment??

Drop in oil changes are a no no. Standing in line to renew my membership, service desk was reviewing the mornings no shows. Inquired about getting an oil change, told their next opening was in a week. No hassle, but no hustle either.

Car broke down Saturday night called AAA And was told 45min. An hour passes by and 15 min later they called to tell me it would take another 45 min for them to come so after 2hrs and 15 min they came and towed my car home
