I went to AAA today and left so angry! This is the second time I have gone there and not gotten the help I needed. I have a handicap plaque that is expiring and my doctor issued me another one. Well the new paperwork had one mistake on the zip code of the Doctors address. There was nothing wrong with my name or the dates or anything that really mattered. So because of the clear correction of the Doctors office address zip code they said they couldnt help me. Completely ridiculous. I even spoke to the "manager" who was completely useless. I have bee a manager many times and their job is to fix things and satisfy the customer and she couldnt do that, so in my eyes not a good manager. I tried to explain that my doctor has moved to Redwood City so it very fat for me to drive with my bad leg to get another letter and my handicap plaque will expire in two days. They did not seem to care. Trust me, I would not go there again unless I absolutely had to. Terrible service and apparently no bed side manner for people who truly need help! I wonder how they would like it if someone treated their family member this way?!

New to the state and called to make sure I had everything needed for vehicle registration. The gentleman I spoke with said I needed smog tests, registration, and titles. When I told him one car was financed, he said no problem as long as I had registration. So, I took my paper work in and waited in line just to be told Id have to go to DMV location after all since I didnt have title for the financed car. Big waste of time!

So if you are ever stranded on the side of the road and need assistance, dont call AAA expecting to pay for a membership and using the service right then when you need it most. once you part with your money you will be expected to simply wait on the side of the road for 2 days until it kicks in.

Yesterday I talked with DMV about my vehicle registration. DMV had the info up on screen and asked if I had a AAA card to make it easier. So I just wasted a hour going to AAA because I was told DMV is wrong. Well DMV was wrong for sending me to AAA, thats for sure.

I have been trying to reach my agent at this branch for 2 weeks- no response to my emails. When I call no one anwers the branch phone and my agents number appears to not be working. Terrible srvice. How can I make changes to my policy if no one is available?

This has been such a horrible experience trying to get insurance. You would think they would be interested in brining in business, but the customer service was terrible! Called another AAA office and they were able to help with no hesitation
