My son and I took my wifes car to the Les Schwab store in Dixon, CA a couple months ago to have a flat tire repaired. An employee, Troy, was at our car before we got out!! Within 30 minutes, the tire was repaired and back on the car. I went to the counter to get the keys and pay for the repair, but Troy said there was no charge. I asked him "why??". He replied "Just remember us next time you need something." I went there last Saturday and bought two new front tires for my Toyota Sienna, and had another very nice experience. I know we sometimes go overboard on reviews, but, honestly, they treated me like a family member. Right now, Im very happy with Les Schwab.

I first discovered Les Schwab 20 years ago when I got a flat in Oregon. This was before they transitioned through CA. I have always found the customer service very good, no high pressure sales. Employees always seem happy, and my normal routine is to ask employees "what is it like to work at XXXXX". Companies that tend to take good care of their employees tend to have employees that take good care of their customers. I wish Davis still had a Les Schwab, but Im willing to go to Dixon because I know they will do their best. Ive purchased three or four sets of tires from them. I feel safe sending my wife to Les Schwab alone know she wont get scammed.

With the help of Troy, who treated the Les Schwab tire store and myself like it was his personal business, corrected the poor work of his coworkers. He did so (adding hours to his schdule) with a good attitude, never faulting or making excuses for his coworkers, who disappeared from the work site. I thank you and commend you, and so should the franchise.

Sitting alongside the freeway with a blown tire on our 5th wheel and no spare as we had already used it anout 10 miles ago when another tire blew, AAA couldnt help this time so called Les Schwab. They came to us alongside the freeway with a new tire and mounted it. Grateful for the special customer service. A very frustrating situation ended well.

Second flat of the day! Just trying to get to the ocean with our travel trailer for some relaxation! Pulled into the parking lot and Troy was pulling the blown tire out of the back of the truck immediately. They had us out out there within an hour! Great service at two Les Schwabs today! Thanks!

Disappointed!! Had nail removed yesterday. Drove 1 Block and tire went flat. We were told to get it back to shop and they would fix. Tire not drivable. Stuck and late for work. They didnt charge us for the repair yesterday. Guess you get "what you dont pay for "

didnt folliw specific directions on handling a priject track car.did as they wanted instead of as instructed. inquired about another vehicle and was met with rude and unprofessional people. place is a joke.dont spend a dime here

When I pulled up he was talking with a friend no customers, seemed bothered when I asked him where to park. I dont recommend this place, Ive gone a few times over the years always bad customer service. I wont be going back.
