Went in with a 1973 Chevy C10 that probably hadnt had an alignment in a decade. Put on new tires and asked them to do an alignment. I watched the entire process. It was no simple task. It took several attempts to get it dialed in right. Service personnel had great attitudes, very friendly. I will take right over fast, all week long. Especially given that my son and I drive old metal. Definitely going back.

I stopped by Firestone in Salinas this weekend and had a great experience! Jamie and the crew were super helpful and professional even while they were super busy. They were able to solve a problem that another shop couldnt find and now Im back on the road up to Alaska. Thanks guys, cant recommend them enough!

Been here for 5 hours for a set of tires and new brake pads on my rear rotars. By any industry standards rediculous. Easily distracted staff in the garage who do not prioritize properly.
