They fixed my tire and it went flat again the next morning. I clearly saw a nail in the tread that they must have missed so I had some one else fix it again. When I went back to advanced tire to pick up the spare tire I had ordered (over $100.00), I I formed them of what had happened. Instead of accepting responsibility for not fixing my flat correctly, they blamed me for running over another nail after I left. The nail I saw had clearly been lodged in the tread for some time and I had driven three miles since the first fix. So I directly asked for a refund of my 25.00 for the fix and the manager said no, though he was willing to break the tire down and show me the patch they did....I said that was irrelevant cause they hadnt fixed the the flat....Remember, I had also spent over 100 on the new spare tire. So, they lost me as a repeat customer for my cars maintenance over a 25.00 tire repair, which they didnt do...Bad customer service:(

My car over-heated on the freeway and I saw this shop right as I pulled over. It was early in the morning before they were open and I was late for work. I had tools with me so I pulled out my thermostat and fixed it right there. My car leaked coolant all over their parking lot. When they arrived they were very friendly and super helpful in getting me back on the road. They let me use the bathroom to wash my hands and gave me water to put back in the radiator. I offered to pay for the mess I left in the parking lot, but they said it was not necessary. They said they would clean it up for me and sent me on my way. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I went to the Honda dealership and was told I needed $3500 in repairs. I took my car here (after having had great service before) for a second opinion. They told me what was a safety issue, what was something that could wait, and what was absolutely fine (i.e., the dealership lied about). That cost me less than $100, and to fix the safety stuff was maybe $400. In my experience, this place is super honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them...and this is my first review of any place evet, if that factors into your decision.

Great experience with this business! Low tire pressure light was on and just dropped by hoping to get air in the tires. Found out there was a slow leak in one tire that needed to be fixed. We were trying to get out of town and they took me in without an appointment. And even though they had other jobs they were working on, they got the problem fixed in less time than estimated. Very professional and friendly. So grateful to have taken our car here!

I was six hours from home and started to hear a scraping noise from under the car. I pulled into this shop and they were phenomenally friendly and helpful. The awesome mechanic immediately went to work and solved my problem (broken oil filter cover!) within minutes. Pulling into an unknown shop away from home can be scary, but these guys were great. Their shop was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend them to locals!

FINALLY a reputable, QUALITY full service auto shop!!! My car broke down ON the freeway and as I coasted along the Q Street off ramp & I rolled into their parking lot at the end of the ramp. Couldnt be easier to get to with service like you USED to get when owners cared about the level of service they provide and cared to keep a customer coming back!

I always go to Advanced Tires and Services for my oil changes on my Q5. I love taking it here because they also check on any other issues with my car while doing the oil change. This is so important! I drive family, clients, and a baby. Your car needs to be safe on the road and Advanced Tires helps me do that. Reasonable prices and great service!

Women beware! Took my truck in for an oil change and, afterwards, was told I needed a rack and pinion job for $850.00 because it was "leaking". Took it to my regular mechanic who told me this shop was under new management and he had been hearing bad things about it. No leak, no need for this expensive repair. Dishonest repair shop.

Family owned for many years. Employees take great care of you and know what they are doing. Reasonable rates and friendly service. I would much rather take my vehicle here and support local, small businesses, than a dealership where they are forced to sell you anything and everything and you are treated like just another $ale.

$130 for ONE tire? $50 less at another tire shop within the vicinity. The guy said "what are you looking for? Chinese tires?" No Sir but Im also not looking for gold tires! So no thank you!
