Took my 2006 lexus they said my radiator whas leaking and that they would charge me 600 to replace it and adjust my cruz control after we took car home cruz control dint worck we took the car back to there shop they called us saying everething whas in place. Took car back home same day cruz control wasent working next day they send my wife to onother shop cause they dint had proper tools to check on my cruz control told there some things regarding the the problem that they had worked on like adjusting my cruz control i whent back to rechard told him my concern he said that dint had to do anithing with the parts they had replace gave me a free oil change i said ok trying to get as much for there mess up i think if some one adjusted somthing on my car they soupost to drive car make shure cruz control whas working fine not trying to charge me 150 to find the problem after they send my wife to onother shop saying they dint had tools to check there mess up

The problem my car had was fixed but I wished they had better customer service. Im still looking to find that one great place to trust in town for auto service. I would of wanted a phone call to let me know what was wrong with my car and when it was ready instead of us having to call ourselves and check on it. Upon entering the shop, we werent greeted. Both people working behind the counter kept talking to another customer, nothing relevant to cars instead of stopping because someone just entered or at least one of them acknowledging we were waiting. That annoyed me the most. I also read "from the owners" responses to the negative comments that say supposedly you get a text after you take the car home... I havent received a text. Or you get an email? No email here... You wont find me in your records because my real name isnt "Toki doki".

My husband and I took our van for AC service towards the end of February of 2015. They were very nice people. Unfortunately they are the stereo type of mechanics who like to take people for as much as they can. I was without a car for days because they did something to it where it wouldnt start and made us pay for parts to fix that problem, they kept adding on cost and when I got my van back the ac was still not fixed and they tried to keep adding on cost but I couldnt do it anymore. I ended up paying about $1,400 for awful service and a car that I had to sell to get one that works because they screwed our van up so badly! I will never go back to them and would not recommend them to anyone! If you do go to them please be very knowledgeable about your vehicle and what exactly needs to be done and get everything in writing!

Check Engine light came on in my pickup coming through the mountains near Grapevine. I was just passing through Bakersfield, was looking for a place that could run the diagnostics late on a Friday afternoon as I feared getting stuck along the interstate with a serious problem over the weekend. G&G Auto Repair was fantastic. They got me in right away, and I didnt even have to unhitch my small travel trailer. The problem was a bad O2 sensor and they were honest, telling me it didnt need immediate work and Id be safe to continue on to my destination. A lot of repair shops would have tried to milk me for all the money they could. Great customer service.

I just went into G&G for an oil change because they had a sale sign out in front. I never even realized the shop was there. Ive been driving past it for years. There were complications because on my last oil change at Ji--y L-be they had put the wrong oil filter on because the right one is a tight fit and doing it wrong was easier. The technicians at G&G spotted the error and replaced it with the correct filter. They also ran a free diagnostic because my service engine light was on. They were very helpful and thorough and there was no pressure. Im going to trust them with my engine work.

These guys are fantastic. They give great service always keeping you informed on whats going on whether good or bad. Lets face it cars being fixed can turn into a total headache when they find other issues. G&G gives it to you straight and lets you know whats critical and what will need to be fixed but can wait. Id highly recommend them any day. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either their service justifies the price all day.

The guys at G&G are very honest and hardworking. They really know how to fix your car the first time. We take all of our business trucks to them as well as our Jeep 4x4. They are professional. Their shop is clean. They will fix it right the first time. They also do oil changes and A/C service.

Richard and his staff really know their stuff. A good honest mechanical shop. If you have a Jeep Wrangler / Cherokee, they are off-road Jeep specialists and the best place in town for your mechanical needs. Richard is an off-road legend and many on his staff are avid off-roaders.

Took my car in for a small job, and now my car is leaking oil, and every time i turn to the left, i hear a grinding noise. they said they werent responsible. BAD PEOPLE. dont take your car here, unless you want more problems.

Terrible service, my car came back worser then it was. Dont trust these guys, they will smile in your face then they will stab you in the back. I do not recommend getting your car fixed here. Beware!!!!!
