I was looking locally for an oil change, the cheapest was $45-$55 for conventional oil, so I walked in to pepboys on white lane and I was shocked to hear their oil change cost $31.95+tax. They were full at the time, So I told them Ill come the next day. At night went to pepboys online and I found a coupon for $19.99+tax I said wow what a great deal. I booked an appointment and went the next day, I got here 15 mins ahead of time, And I didnt see but a welcoming and nice gentleman greeting me and took care of me right away. Honestly I never experienced anything but respectful and courteous customer service. They did the oil change and I left, My car runs as it should be, and I was grateful for this amazing price and great customer service. I saved at least $20-$30 and got a good oil. This is my honest experience and my own review. Nobody asked me to do it online, Best thing after I received a rating for their service by email, I was awarded another coupon $19.99+tax coupon, I gave it to a friend of mine. Thank you pepboys

Danieland jose along with the techs here are very thoughtful and caring people who will give your vehicle and check from top to bottom and try and give you the best prices possible. And they will also work with you. I recommend this pep boys. This is a place that goes above and beyond their duties and wont stop till you are satisfied.

Was I getting my car fixed or at a posh coffee lounge? The service was prompt, the customer area was clean, the mechanics were professional, theres a huge "47 inch LCD television for watching the Today show, and best of all: complimentary Keuireg coffee! Id go in just to hang out with friends!

Should be zero stars. Worst customer service around. Made my car worse, didnt bother to apologize or acknowledge the mistake and refused to refund my money. Do not come here...do yourself the favor.
