Went for break service, took my own breaks and had them change / resurface. However 2 months after my breaks started to grind. Went back and told me this wasnt a problem and my car needed no service. THEY did not even offer to check the problem and blamed on my breaks saying car quest sells malfunctioning items. Ive been a long time customer of car quest abd have family members who work their. I have never had any problems with car quest. So i took my car over to another place. The breaks had not been lubed after job. The disc were not cut properly / flipped or resurfaced. They probably did not even perform the break fluid flush or anyelse for that matter. Yes they are friendly, but its a front and an act. I will never return here or reccomend to anyone! They didnt even offer to check my problem which was the first sign of disloyalty. I will deff be making a complaint to higher individuals so this problem does not persist and they dont scam anymore people !!!

These shysters will put the screws to you!!! I think everyone who reads this should avoid this place at all costs. They did a poor job installing brakes on my car charged me more than any other place in town and stole personal items from my car. The next day when my brakes caught on fire due to their shoddy installation they insisted the calipers needed to be replaced at the cost of over 1000 dollars but it was all lies fabricated by the manager to cover for their incompetent installation. There are plenty of other places to get work done on your car thats why I will never go back to this location staffed by rude incompetent thieves.

Dont fall for their cheap oil change service. They only do about 1/2 the things they promise and make up excuses. I had to put in air in my tires myself afterwards even though they said they checked it. Person at front desk was unfriendly and pushy. Definitely not going back. Edit (1/6/09): a week after the oil change, where they supposedly topped off my brake fluid: low fluid light came on -- fluid was nearly empty. Never filled it but marked it as full.

We were travelling on vacation when we had an exhaust leak issue. Steve looked at the problem and tried fixing the issue without ordering a new part. When that didnt work he had a new part shipped overnight and got us on the road the next morning. We couldnt have been happier and would recommend this shop without hesitation. Thanks again for great service and follow up.

They do excellent work, I have had them replace brakes/rotors on several vehicles. Excellent prices, great quality. I have even had them do other maintenance such as A/C repair, leaks, and they do a great job fast, and their prices are very reasonable. They even called me a week later to make sure my brakes were settling in properly, who does that?

TOOO Expansive: Helped me an a energency, battery died, took it in. charged me $145.00 for a now battery. That included installation. Tried to sell me on $300.00 for on certain repairs that I really didn need. I wont go there again. Should of read the reviews before going.
