Christina really knows how to provide the best customer service I know moving can be very hard and stressful for people but if you come to this public storage and Christina helps you out it will be the easiest and smooth ride ever and she goes over and beyond customer service right when you walk in the door you feel very loved and welcome with that friendly smile she has and she takes the time to go over the lease with you very throughly even though I had a lot of questions she doesnt hesitate or stop to help you out I give her ten thumbs up for having patience for me and taking the time to help me out with every need I had I just wanted to thank Christina once again and I really recommend everyone going to this location

This is an update on my previous review! I felt it necessary to tell people that after being here only 6 months management decided to up my storage unit monthly fees! I did speak to Jonathan the property manager and his answer was not good enough for me! He said and I quote, " I can send someone over to look at your current unit to see if you can downgrade into a smaller unit!" Now, wouldnt I know myself If I could use a smaller unit? Even when you rent an apt or house, you dont get an increase until at least a year goes by... I will look for another property to move to! Their is no reasoning with him obviously!! The staff is nice but thats about it!

My experience was fantastic with Rich at this location. He was very polite and helpful. He answered all of my questions. He was very thorough about explaining all the rules, policy, and etc... We bought a mattress protector because he advised us that even in a temperature controlled environment, dust can still accumulate in the building and can stick and dirty the mattress. He also wrote down the times I can access my storage unit, just in case I forget. (And I am very forgetful btw) He took his time with us and didnt rush us like the other ladies that worked here before. So if you professional, go to this location.

Richard helped my husband and I get our new storage unit and we are both very impressed and satisfied with his customer service. Trina was also very helpful and together they both helped us get a great unit thats perfect for us. Richard was very thorough through the paperwork process and insuring I understood everything, and he also made sure I had additional boxes that I knew I would need during our move. I have rented storage units through other companies before and by far this is the cleanest and least time consuming process I have experienced so far. Thank you Richard and public storage!

We used this location and both times the staff are wonderful. But the one that really stand out is Rich. Not only he is super friendly, he very is helpful in deciding which storage to use. He went above and beyond in every way. He gave us useful information as to how we can keep our storage safe. One of the example that he is a great help is when I was done signing the papers, instead of walking to the storage, he gave me a wonderful with his hot rod. Lol overall he is a great funny guy. I will be coming back to this storage for years to come.

I had a great experience on this PS. It is in a good location, easy to get in, good parking lot. We even entered our moving truck, and had room to download our things without bothering other people. Colin was great with customer service!. He helped us a lot with everything we needed with excellent sense of humor. He was prompt to help every time. I have to say I totally recommend this place. The only thing I didnt like was the early closing hours on weekends (5pm). But other than that this is one of the best places to storage your stuff!

I went in to ask about prices last week, since Ill be moving into a small apartment soon and Trina was really helpful. I bought some packaging supplies since I will be needing them and Trina helped me get everything I need to make my move easier. She was so helpful and very friendly, even when I asked her a million questions about the units there. I would definitely recommend this public storage just ask for Trina. Shes really nice and will help you and answer any questions you have.

Honestly, the best experience I have had with the Public Storage organization. I have had a number of units over the last 7 years with Public Storage and have had some less than pleasant experiences with other of their properties, namely cleanliness and security; but Nathan at the Chatsworth property is exemplary. Knowledgeable, Polite and very Conscientious regarding the Safety, Security and Cleanliness of the property. Impressive enough for me to post my first review on Google.

When I went into PS in Chatsworth, I was just kind of shopping around, and getting information. After speaking with Cameron, though, I was sold on this place. He was so helpful, friendly, and patient with me, as I had a lot of questions. I felt good about storing my belongings there, and the price was fair too. I would absolutely recommend Public Storage, 100%! Ask for Cameron!

Richard is always available when we have questions or need help he is always driving around the location which makes it feel much more secure that someone is not just sitting in the office he keeps the area clean we have seen him numerous times taking everything up we have much more to say everybody that a little bit so maybe we will have rate him again

I enjoyed the customer ser at 9350 Topange Canyon,Chatsworth,Ca were i have items at your Public Storage...Keith and Rich gave 100 per customer ser everytime i go there...I look at customer as a person because in todays world uuuuu dont get Great Coustomer Ser ....I had to share about my visit today at Public Storage....Again Great team Rich and Keith

Just go see Rich at front desk, and he well make your life a whole lot easier,clean accessible units with good pricess, except if you think the first month is a DOLLAR it is not because you are forced to buy insurance,a lock ,20$ service fee by the time you done its costing more then one months pay.other then that great customer service

Nathan at this Public Storage was very helpful to me the day I came to see a place to put my stuff in storage. So me and my husband different size spaces to rent. Then was very good at going over the paper worker with. It was very pleasant doing business with Nathan that day. He is a great customer service person for that place.

Colin and Richard are the two men i encountered behind the counter during the month I had my storage unit and they were both great people to deal with. They were funny, friendly, helpful, caring...everything you want in a customer service experience. I would definitely chose this storage facility again.
