Thank you very much, Lidia! I had an excellent experience with this branch because of Lidia. Shes AWESOME: very helpful and attentive to my needs. I told her that Im on a budget and she helped me tremendously. She offered me the promotion I saw online which was $1 for first month for the biggest available unit. She also prorated my rent after the first month (I rented 34 days). Public Storage is very lucky to have Lidia because every time I go there to drop my stuff, I see her cleaning, organizing, and very upbeat and personable to customers. The units are well maintained, clean, safe, and all drive up access, easy to load and unload. GOOD JOB LIDIA!!! -jade

Joann came through with outstanding customer service. She treated us like an old friend that she hasnt seen in a long while. I would and will recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage unit!! Thank you Joann. Also, I had gotten a unit that was too small and had to switch to a larger unit. I was pretty broke at this point and Rafael M. not only searched all of Santa Clarita for a cheap unit, he continued to search for a solution after we had left. Rafael ended up finding a bigger unit for the perfect price and it was only 5 units down from our former unit. Being on the 2nd story this was quite a time saver. Thank you so much Rafael!!

I had the pleasure of working with Linda, who I think is the manager of this facility. I ended up coming later than expected and I was really stressed. She was very calm and helped me go through the process of renting the unit. She wasnt just polite - she was warm and friendly. I had had an unpleasant experience with U-haul and was figuring Id encounter the same negative attitude (or worse, a bait-and-switch) but she was the opposite. I dont recommend things often, but I can enthusiastically recommend this Public Storage place and Lindas customer service!

Joanne was very helpful when my husband and I first came in looking for a storage. We thought we knew what size we needed and wanted, which she was helpful in showing us, as well as showing us a different size that was similar. We ended up going with the size she suggested and after moving out stuff in there it was perfect. She was very knowledgeable and she helped us make a good decision. My experience so far is that Joanne gives the best customer service and she always makes sure that we are satisfied with no worries or problems.

For being a long time customer one would think that you would have a descent rental price. But it continues to go up and up. And the people on site are not as proactive as the old manager Loke Luna. The site looks dirty. The servicehas not increased in quality with the price , its gone down.Tthe reason that you are given is current competitive pricing.....? Really if it was not due to its the closest place and I can not move it all on my own I would be some place else.

My mother has had a storage unit in this location for many years. Today she was assisted by an associate named Juan, who was extremely helpful to her. Polite, helpful and willing to review her storage space account to see whether or not she would need such a large unit anymore. Prices have gone up over the years and just the fact that he was willing to see what he could look into to find out if there were any savings in another unit was good news to her.
